Amenity-Packed Waterfront Island Retreat

This property has everything you could ask for: a beautiful house, a killer view, private beach access, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a hot tub under-the-star with an outdoor shower. Our family had a wonderful time and made some great memories! We had an issue with the oven which the owner responded to timely and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful ocean front place with western views. High bank waterfront with a large yard and awesome hot tub. Plenty of space for five adults. Very private enjoyable location.

Perfect family stay - we were here for a wedding weekend and found this to be a perfect place for our family to retreat to when we weren't involved in wedding activities. The deck is one of the nicest we've ever seen - and the views over the water are magnificent

Beautiful setting. Vista from the property, privacy and amazing beach access are the selling points for this property. The beds are also high quality and comfy.

We had the best time on Lopez this year at the Channel house. It was spacious, had a well stocked kitchen (although the oven was malfunctioning), gorgeous sunsets, nice but steep path to the beach and a great hot tub and outdoor shower! Our property manager, Francisco, was lovely and very helpful!

We loved our stay! What an amazing place that really has everything and more! We really appreciated the TEA sign and car license USA map, and many more pictures, darts, kitchen area, beach, outside shower and hot tub to list a couple favorites! Francisco greeted us warmly and gave us an excellent tour! I hope to return for a more relaxing weekend as this visit was for my son's wedding that took place on a friend's property. James, who was married owns a tea company and the wedding colors were blue as was the TEA sign! Amazing coincidence! We almost burst into tears. Great home, great location - we had an amazing week at the property!

What a cool house! So much to look at inside and out! The views from the master are incredible. The bed was so comfortable as well. The other bedrooms were great. The kitchen is very well equipped. We walked dow the stairs to the beach below. Wish we knew about the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location close to the Islander, the Galley restaurant and the village.

Wonderful! Another perfect stay at Channel House. The only downside is that you will be so spoiled here, you'll never want to go anywhere else.

We rented this house for a family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own area. The house was beautiful, well appointed, and private. We really enjoyed the deck, the outside shower, and the amazing view. My dog loved her long walks on the beach. We would definitely return to this house in the future.

This was the perfect house for our family, plenty of room for all of us and it never seemed crowded - the house is stocked with everything we needed for big family meals and we all had a really wonderful time!!

My family visited for a mini-reunion. The house was spacious and perfect location for a relaxing and peaceful trip. Francisco, the property manager, was super helpful and greeted us upon arrival from the Ferry. The San Juan Islands are magical and we cant wait to come back.

Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful yet cozy home. There was ample space for all of us to gather, as well as lots of nooks to be alone if wanted. The view is spectacular. We spent a lot of time down on the private beach, which was long enough for extended walks. We only saw a couple other people during our week stay. The steps are steep, but the only one that had an issue was our older Shepherd with hip dysplasia. We brought a full body harness/carrier that made the trips up and down quite doable with our help. I would suggest checking the ferry schedule updates. Our ferry was cancelled, and we had to do a mad dash out to catch the earlier ferry. We were the last cars on that ferry!! I would highly recommend The Channel House, and I'm sure we'll be staying again.

The location is very picturesque and tranquil. Sitting on the deck in the evening is amazing. The property is well maintained, including kitchen appliances and dishes. The best maintained property that we’ve experienced on Lopez.

What can I say this is our 5th year and we love this house. Beautiful home, well kept, great views and great beach access

The home was spacious and comfortable for our family group. The view from the house and the large deck is spectacular. The long stairway down to the secluded beach is well worth the effort. We enjoyed cooking family dinners in the well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the interesting decor. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for sharing your place.

We had a wonderful week staying on Lopez. The house is beautiful with lots of room and different spaces. The beds are nice and comfortable. Beautiful deck, great hot tub, amazing views especially sunset! The beach is so nice and private. There are stairs down to the beach, so it’s a bit of a trip back up, but worth it! Lovely property. We had a great stay!

The property and home are even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. The communication with the management team and the check in process were the best I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO property. We truly felt at home here - it takes an effort to get there - pay attention to the ferry schedule! - but it that just made Channel House seem like more of a hidden gem.
