Beautiful place! Clean, spacious, plenty of parking.

The house was very spacious. Plenty of parking areas. Just right for what we were needing. The beds were very comfortable.I would have liked easier access to the beach (condo buildings across the street obstructed view). Could use a deep cleaning.

The view is obstructed by the hotel and it is right by the road but it has plenty of parking and has a great beach access. Good walking distance to main beach and rec dept. I highly recommend this place. We loved the set up of the house, the screened in porch, and the back yard. Enough room for kick ball!

Great house, great location with convenience to shops, restaurants.

My Wife and my sons really enjoyed the stay it was better than advertised, we will defiantly book again for next year.

The house was so cute, clean and a great location. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Communication with the host has been mentioned in other reviews and it was very prompt. We will definitely try to stay again!

Adorable house! Host was very responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Part of the VRBO listing says it is beachfront/oceanview. The home is actually across the street from the beach and there is no ocean view.

The host was immediately responsive when I couldn’t find the door code in my phone upon arrival. The house was clean and neat, and everything functioned well. There was no view of the beach, but it’s a short way walk. We love the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas— and absolutely loved using the bikes! A perfect location for a girls’ trip!

We had a wonderful weekend at Amelia On My Mind. It was perfectly set up for our friends and family. There was plenty of parking, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful back porch along with beach misc. and outdoor fun. We were walkable to a few restaurants in the Main Beach area and there was a quick walkover to the beach about a block away. Thank you for thinking through all the details and for such a comfortable stay! We will be back!

Only improvement might be dining place having seats with backs. High top table only had stools, and dining table only benches. Not as comfortable for eating or playing games for senior citizens without back support. But otherwise nice place.

We had a great week at “Amelia on my mind”. The house had plenty of room for our group, was cute and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach!

We had a great time walking to the beach and enjoying this welcoming home! We loved sitting on the screened porch with our grand baby and seeing the bunny visit. Very calming and restful!

We had a wonderful stay for our spring break trip 2025. The home was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had tons of kids with us ranging from 11 to 20 years old. There is plenty of space for us all to spread out. We loved all the games and using the back patio. The location is amazing so easily walkable to the beach and also a few restaurants up the street. Everything that we needed was there, we packed up the provided wagon with beach chairs, and boogie boards and hit the beach every day.

This was the perfect house for our girls' trip- right across the street from the beach, spacious living area and kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend!

My 4 sisters and I stayed 4 nights in your comfortable home. It was in a great location, easy to access the beach as well as the Ferdinandino downtown shopping and eateries! Everything we needed was available. Had a great visit to Amelia Island!

We enjoyed staying at this VRBO. It was clean, well appointed and more spacious than the pictures show. The owner was great at communicating. We will be back!

Everything was great. Just the place we needed. Would stay again and recommend highly for larger families or groups of friends looking to stay together. The bunk room was a hit for our teenage girls.

The property location was great, across the street from the beach and a short drive to downtown! The common area was fantastic for us, lots of space for everyone to spread out! However, the no door on the Master Bathroom is odd, and awkward. There should be a door there. Also, we had 5 adults (mostly female) sharing the other two rooms and only one bathroom, which was difficult. It would be fantastic if there was another bathroom or powder-room. Maybe even additional mirrors to use in the bedrooms or hallways for makeup. (Just an idea from our group;))The place was clean, and the garage with laundry and ping pong was nice :) We had a nice visit together and absolutely love Amelia Island!

Clean house. Enjoyed our stay although weather was cold and rainy. Would recommend.

All of our expectations were met, the only reasons we gave 4 out 5 stars was due to the lack of mirrors in the home as we were a house full of women. Otherwise it was to our liking Overall very well tidy and clean but there were a few hairs on the bed

We had a fantastic time staying here! Great communication leading up to the weekend, especially with the uncertainty of the hurricane. We enjoyed using the bikes to explore the trails and farmer’s market. The place comfortably fit everyone and the bunk beds were a delight!

The space was very clean and has been recently renovated. The second bathroom does not have a door so that is a little awkward. Other than that, it was a beautiful house.

Great location and well furnished house with everything you could possibly need! It was a tad musty but otherwise perfect!!! Would stay here again!

House was as described. Everything was clean and owner had great communication. We had to cut our stay short due to the hurricane but would definitely rent this property again in the future.

The house was perfect. We did have an HVAC that was acting up a tiny bit but the property manager responded quickly and resolved it as fast as he could. The house was clean and the location was great. Just a note to anyone with small children: the beach access closest to the house does have about 7 steps up to the boardwalk and back down. So if you are a wagon/rolling cooler family just consider it has to be carried up and down those steps to access the beach. Overall great comfortable house and location.
