Amelia Island oceanfront home on Sandpiper Loop, amazing views & steps to ocean

This is our second time staying in Sandpiper Loop and cannot wait to return next year! We just love the location, the amenities, the comfortableness of the home, the bedrooms, the cleanliness, the beach access, the thoughtful supply of household necessities, and the owner is wonderful to work with! Can't wait for our next stay!

Great location. Close to everything we did. Loved hearing the ocean waves from the property. The property had everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t care for were there were stairs everywhere inside the property. We did enjoy our stay despite the stairs.

Our host was very responsive and prompt with replies. She was very helpful with questions I had about length of walk to the beach, etc. The property was as described. We felt safe and the area was lovely.

This is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and had everything thing that we needed. Renee was very quick to respond anytime I had a question.

We loved the location to town (just a short drive) we loved the short walk to the pool and beach. We ate every meal on the downstairs patio and sat outside until it was dark! We never wanted to come inside and leave the beautiful view. It was the perfect place.

Our family had a wonderful week! The views were perfect, plenty of seating, loved the glider rocker outside the master bedroom! Plenty of towels, kitchen stocked with what you need to cook meals, games and puzzles, comfortable beds, I could go on and on! Everything was super clean and we felt right at home. We will definitely plan another trip here and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay. Great location, convenient to beach, great ocean views. Comfortable beds, beautifully outfitted . Would suggest bringing your own beach towels, chairs, accessories, as none are provided, and extra blankets as bedding is quite light, and there aren't extras.

We loved the location. Quiet. Close to beach. Loved the rabbits and gofer turtles. Stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely return.

Great location and super cute

Our third year in a row renting this condo and we couldn't be happier. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Waking up to sunrise outside the our bedroom, and walking just 50 yards to a mostly empty beach are the highlights. The quiet pace of the community perhaps prior to the on-season is a benefit for us. Walking, biking and swimming laps in the outdoor community pool works whether the temperature is in the 50's or 70's It has been a wonderful antidote to shorter, colder days in the Northeast. we'll be back.

Very good location. Access to the beach was excellent. Cool nature sightings in the dunes. The only negative is some of the kitchen drawers need new sliders.

We absolutely loved this property and we will definitely be back next year! The stunning view from both the upstairs and downstairs patios were amazing, everything you could need was amply supplied, it smelled fresh and clean, comfortable beds and furniture, wonderful communication, a goodie bag upon arrival, clear instructions for both check in and check out and we just really enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend!

Great location, right on the beach, with wonderful sunset views. The condo is clean and just as advertised. The owner was kind and easy to work with. Nothing but positives to write on it all.

Great location right on the beach. Perfect for families and the host was extremely responsive.

The property was very nice! We saw every type of animal that was listed that we could see. Very short walk to the beach which we love. The home looked exactly like the photos. We did try to go to the pool one day but it doesnt look well maintained and also during check in time the cleaning lady was still cleaning which made it awkward.

The community this property is in is nice, great walking trails, grocery store is close by. The property sleeps several people and has great views of the ocean.

Perfect location and layout for our family vacation!

Beautiful beach front stay for our anniversary. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and a gopher tortoise. We even found some shark for our son! We highly recommend this place if you're a morning person and enjoy watching the sunrise. It's in a convenient location and close to restaurants, downtown, and grocery stores.
