A fully updated 1600sf 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home including a huge lanai overlooking the beautiful Apollo Beach Harbour full of sailboats and sunset views that will make you never want to leave. Cocoa Cabana features a main bedroom suite with a full bathroom and king bed, a guest suite with a queen bed, and a fun kids room with two bunk beds and an Xbox gaming system, guests have plenty of space to relax. The twobathrooms include both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the bay. With an open living area concept Cocoa Cabana offers a comfy sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or cozy movie nights, full amenity kitchen including a cooktop and oven-microwave combo, a dining room table and a bar cart.
