Stayed Apr 9, 2026This property is almost too good to be true! Lots of space, a full kitchen, a beautiful living room and veranda, a clean and refreshing pool (wonderfully cooling on hot afternoons), a view of the ocean. The beach is a 5-minute walk down the hill and usually deserted. The AC was very helpful--it is the tropics after all. Mostly quiet except for the sound of the surf and a few chickens and goats. Ken was most helpful with everything. We loved it!

Stayed Mar 2, 2026This was my first time in Montserrat and i couldn't have stayed at a nicer place than Villa Tropicasa. When I walked in, I knew it was the right place for me. The ad says for CFO's and CEO's to getaway to work, and it was perfect for me.While my stay didn't allow for a lot of vacation-mode type activities, Villa Tropicasa made my stay worth the time away from home. Kudos to Mr. Cassell for a well-run property.
