We had a great stay. The property was clean and there were many updates since the photos on VRBO. It had everything we needed including towels for the pool and a golf cart. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.

House was vey clean. Would have like to have TVs in the bedrooms, instead of only in the living room. Kitchen was full stocked.

Mr Bogart was a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and provided detailed information about the rental. His house was very clean, organized and all around wonderful place to stay. My wife and I used this rental property as a benchmark while looking for our own house to buy in the villages. When in need, I would definitely look to renting his property again in the near future.

Beautiful place, great location, comfortable, extremely clean. One minor thing was we didn’t see a tea kettle in the kitchen so had to use a pot to boil water for tea, but maybe we missed it!

Gppd location, golf carts a plus, TV could use more live channels

Great location, home was spacious and the back lanai was a great place to hang out and enjoy morning coffee. My family and I enjoyed the stay, would definitely stay again.

My wife and I had our 2 grown daughters meet us here. This house is perfect for a family or even 2 couples. Robert’s house had everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal to get to Brownwood and Lake Sumpter, as well as beyond when using the best golf cart we have had the opportunity to use. The back lanai was ideal to get out of the sun and relax. We will most definitely try and rent this house again when coming to visit our daughters

We had some friends come to visit and the house was perfect for them. Clean with plenty of room. Although our friends didn't use the golf cart and bicycles it was great to know they were available. Owner responded quickly to messages. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I stayed at this home while on a trip to central Florida and the property exceeded our expectations. First off, the house is just beautiful. Secondly, it was immaculantly clean. Great location, and the neighbors were all very friendly in the neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything we needed. Will definetly stay there next time we go to Florida, if available.

Home is do cleannn. Used house as overfill for family reunion as I live two Miles away. Daughter wanted to move in to this home full time n not leave. Great host communication. Highly recommend! !
