Amazing Sunset & Water Views! Private Pool & Boat Slip! Lots of Amenities!

The property was nice with a convenient location and amenities. The paddle boards, outdoor games and floats were a great plus for our young adult kids. Had issues with the front door lock on arrival day, but assistance came very quickly. My only complaints with regard to the property is there is no sofa bed in bedroom two as listed in the description and a few additional bath towels in each bathroom would be great as I felt like we were constantly laundering towels throughout the week. This is a beautiful vacation home. Perfect for the adults and kids. My favorite times were congregating on the deck with the family, while watching the boats navigate the cut. We caught fish off the dock, and spent lots of time in the pool. We appreciated the life jackets and pool toys, too.

Property was exactly as we had hoped for! Pictures were accurate and the place was well stocked. We had activities for all ages, but we mostly stayed by the pool and fished off the dock. Communication with Merideth, property manager, was very easy. Only hiccup was the pool heater popped a breaker, but they got it fixed quickly and we were back in business!

Our two families with kids ranging from toddler to teen shared this lovely home and everyone agreed it was just perfect. It is well stocked with games, activities, puzzles, baby gear, and the best kitchen equipment of any house we’ve rented for vacation. We actually considered making an elaborate Thanksgiving meal (and then canceled the idea due to wanting to enjoy the sunshine more than cooking inside) because of how well stocked the kitchen is. The fishing from the dock was amazing. Saw so many varieties of fish and the kids loved watching them from as far away as the porch - the fish were that big and the water that clear! The location is very central to grocery, restaurants, and activities. We particularly loved visiting the state parks, mini golf, and the turtle hospital. The property management group is so kind and helpful too. Meredith was so quick to reply when we had a question and Pete impressed us with checking on pool and fixing a grumpy coffee maker for us. I cannot say enough nice things about them both. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

We stayed in this home for a week with my family (6 adults and 4 children) and we all enjoyed it very much! The views are spectacular, especially sunsets at night; the home was immaculate and well equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need on a vacation. We cooked several meals there and found the kitchen to be as well stocked with culinary items as our own home. The beds were all so comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked too. We LOVED the location, watching boats come and go, even though we didn't have our own. And you can walk to a fantastic little place across the bridge to have ice cream and tour a beautiful gift shop. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a 5-star vacation!!

Very well stocked vacation home. Wonderful kitchen amenities, plenty of towels bath and beach, numerous games/ toys, lots of comfortable seating areas to hang out.

My recent stay in the Florida Keys was absolutely wonderful, thanks to this fantastic vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen, the well-stocked closet with pool floats, beach blankets, chairs, and anything else you would want to enjoy a day on the water! A minor downside was a busy road nearby which could be seen and heard from the backyard, but it didn't detract much from the otherwise tranquil setting.

Very clean and so many vacation home extras. From an experience of renting a house last year that gave us 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom and no other extras, this house's extras were refreshing. We enjoyed Marathon and made it to the Dry Tortugas, Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Comfortable beds, very nice finishes and beach home art & decorations, and an awesome deck that looked over Vaca Cut. Super happy with our choice to stay here!
