Amazing Single-Family Oceanfront Vacation Home

Beautiful location, we enjoyed the deck and access to beach.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was beautifully maintained—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.One of our favorite parts was the easy access to the beach. Just steps away, we were able to enjoy morning walks, sunset views, and long days by the water without any hassle. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the views.What really made this stay special was how effortless everything felt. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the added bonus of a breathtaking beachfront setting.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was well prepared when we arrived. We had a problem working the television, but it was easy to reach our hostess and she walked us through the process. The house was very clean and all the appliances were in good condition. No Problems!--that's what we like!The condo has direct and quick access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and clearly visible from inside the house.

Great house! Stunning views!

The experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we had to put the sheets on all the beds. The house was not clean with built up dust and sand throughout the house including on the fan blades. The showers were dirty, mold on the shower curtains, hairs found prior to initial use. Kitchen utensils were deteriorated and need to be replaced. We were not able to adjust the A/C temperature ourselves and had to reach out to the owner to adjust for us, which was a battle. The mattresses were uncomfortable. I understood going in that the house would not be ideal based on the listings pictures, but the lack of cleanliness, issues with the A/C, and having to put the sheets on the beds was unacceptable. The house had a lot of potential, but needs to some serious TLC.

Everything about this home was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, home was clean, great access to everything. Communications before and after our stay with Pearl were great!! Didn't need to contact her during our stay because there were no issues with the home. Great, detailed instructions were provided. Will absolutely stay again!

Love this place, we will be back next year. Location is as good as it gets and there is plenty of room for everyone. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent and they were quick to respond when we reached out.

-100/10-would never recommend!!So disappointed that a family vacation that we had so looked forward to turned out the way it did!Be warned that there are many things about the house that you will not be told until after your payment is made!- we placed grocery deliveries for the home when we arrived and several times throughout the week, with every single delivery we were warned that if we had anything lose or left outside that we didn’t want stolen to make sure and secure it inside because the house was known to be a target…definetly felt a little unsafe after that! -The AC in the house is set permanently on 72… it seemed much much warmer than that in several rooms! (We were not told of this situation until days before arrival)-the refrigerator has some type of permanent setting on it as well that causes it to take hours to cool! The internal temperature stayed at 56-58 for hours during the day, ruining some of our groceries! We were told to just give it time and it would adjust-the toilets were stained when we arrived-there was sand on all the floors and stairs-we did recommend that the owner look into a new cleaning company! They lacked on the job that should have been done for sure!The comforters and mattress covers were not washed and we were told that was not the job of the cleaners…The view from the house was beautiful… the house itself had many pros! The owners however, did not! The negatives of this property definetly outweighed the positives!

We love Topsail Island. Pearl's home was perfect for our family. We had a wondrful time and can't wait to come back. Would suggest updating cookware, as some of the nonstick pans are worn out and peeling.

We had a great time this past week. The house is beautiful. Three bedrooms downstairs and the master upstairs with the kitchen. Owners were super responsive. We had a great trip and would book this house again.

Great place as advertised, right on the beach.

Pros: The house was roomy, the beach access was great and we loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. Every bedroom had a view . The rockers on the deck was an added bonus. Cons: mattress was not good , t.v. In living room desperately needs an upgrade. The remotes (there are 2 ) were difficult to use and sometimes would not work at all. . Thermostat was locked at 72. At times it was just too hot in the house .

It was our first time to go to Topsail Island. We will coming back really soon!!!!

The only issue we had was the coffee pot was not working but was just a small issue in a great weekend. House was extremely clean and well laid out. Access to beach was great and not far from food/gift shops. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely needed a reset and this place defiantly helped. The view was amazing along with the quick access to the beach. Will def keep in mind for the next beach getaway!

The view alone is worth 5 stars. Host was responsive and everything as described. The Beach Shop and Grill nearby is excellent. Can’t wait to stay again!

We loved our stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. Beach access was easy and wide open. The sunrises were breathtaking and every room has a fabulous view!

We were stunned by the wonderful view from every room and the direct beach access made it the best house for little kids and old folks!

Great place great location and great people that own it

We had a great experience for our first stay in Topsail. The house was perfect for our group of six and the beachfront location was both beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend time at the beach in a nice section of Topsail.

The house was as advertised. Clean, well stocked although another cassarole dish would be good. Perfect location. We love oceanfront homes. Nothing could be done about the winds and rip currents, but since we were next to a public access, the flags were always posted. The owners were a dream to work with. No problems connecting to wifi or the tv. Would definitely rent again.
