Stayed Oct 25, 2024Great home for large group. Closest grocery stores are about 8 min drive. Area was very quiet at night, not much lighting in the streets as it is some what of an industrial area. Area was safe. Having access to both houses was great as they are both very spacious. Host was easy to reach and good communicator.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Location excellent. Not only for working on float but dining. Worked well for large group. We did have a problem with ants resolved with spray. Did not want any Products in commode including toilet paper.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Had a group of 10 and this rental was perfect. 2 houses on one property. Plenty of bathrooms, rooms, pool and neighborhood was safe.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024We had a group of ten and the two homes on the property accommodated us quite well. Everyone had their space and we comfortable with the bed and bathroom accommodations. Do note that the pool is ingested so outside of the summer months it will be too cold to use. We had not planned on using the pool but had not noticed until after the booking that it was unheated. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 17, 2024This house is perfect for large groups. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The pool was great to have an the back yard was enjoyable to spend time in. The neighborhood was nice and there was plenty of parking. The location made it easy to get to other parts of LA. Check in and check out were both very easy. The owner was communicative and clear. Overall we had a great stay!

It was great to have smart TV’s for the kids and was happy about the linens, soaps and cleaners that were provided.
