Stayed Jul 20, 2025This was such an adorable home with a beautiful and spacious backyard. We saw a neighbor in the main house a couple times in passing but not awkward at all. They minded their business and we did the same. Host is very responsive - I only reached out a couple times but he got back to me right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025The location was great for what we needed; quiet safe neighborhood! The home is in the backyard of another home, so I thought it might be awkward but we didn’t see them at all so it was just fine. There is a nice BBQ grill if you enjoy cooking outdoors. There is not a hot tub; but the beach is about an hour away.
