Stayed Sep 5, 2025The location was perfect! The house was clean. There was a bit of confusion on the layout of the bedrooms. Our only real complaint was we kept running out of hot water which was very frustrating. We kept trying to stagger showers and laundry but inevitably a few of us were always getting cold showers.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025If I had any complaints it would be about the weather (chilly!), otherwise our week at this home was perfect. There were plenty of towels, dishes, cook wear, seating areas, and we LOVED the huge front porch, especially for our pup! Three bedrooms with beach view was a huge perk. Washer and dryer worked great. We will totally stay here again if the occasion arises.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024On the quiet end of Folly Beach, very chill and laid back. The deck stairs are on the beach that we had to ourselves.

Stayed May 11, 2024The house had plenty of space, was clean and very nice location on beach. It would help if the driveway was paved so we were not constantly sweeping up sand. The house needs better lighting, very dark.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Even though the weather was less than desirable for a beach vacation, we had a great stay at North Bend by the Sea. The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 3 pups, being inside more than we’d wished. We would certainly be interested in a return trip!
