We're sorry, you may not bring your adorable pets to this home. This includes service animals as the owners are highly allergic to animals. Anyone found bringing animals into the home will incur an additional $10,000 fee for the stringent cleaning required to make the home habitable again for the property owners.

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.
In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.
The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.
Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

This is a lovely house. Impeccable. No clutter, organized with all the essentials. Very well stocked kitchen. Marco is the greatest guest service person. Nicest guy goes the extra mile to assure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend this place. We will try and rent it again. Thanks Marco.

My family had a great time staying at this house as we explored the beaches, the town and all. Thanks for being a great host!
Well the house is nice but had a mild smell when we got there. The view is great and they made a bottle of wine which was nice. The only issues we had was no TV in any rooms except the family room. And we tried to get a late check out when we booked the place because it was my daughter 13th birthday and 10am is ann early check out as it is. But we never heard back so I thought no big deal. Then we asked the day before and we’re told just get out as close to10 as you can. Well at 10:15 the cleaners showed up and instead of saying we will come back in 30 mins they just pushed their way in and started cleaning . So we got our stuff and got out as fast as you can with 4 teenagers. Then the owner showed up and was not a nice woman. She asked us to move out of the parking spot so the house keeper could park there . There were plenty of other spots. We were on our way out just putting in the address in my wife’s navigation in her car. She kept asking us questions . And I told her that usually you get an hour past before house keepers show up especially since we asked twice . She told us she had quartz’s come b at 3 pm. That was 5 hours from then. Plenty of time to clean that little house three times . We had a nice trip that ended badly because of poor people skills. Won’t rent there again !!
Marco was very helpful in communicating details in advance of our arrival. Home is very clean and well stocked. We cooked dinner and BBQ'd during our stay and the kitchen had everything we could need which I feel like is very rare in vacation rentals. Fabulous spot to rest and relax on the beach and only 25-30 minutes away from Santa Cruz/Monterey/Carmel if you want to do excursions from the house. We would definitely book again!
Beautiful. Quiet. Relaxing. Loved all the cozy blankets! Pictures seemed almost too good to be true, but they were accurate. Marco’s call the morning of check-in day was very helpful. Hoping to return sometime soon.
This was an unbeatable beachfront location with great upgrades and cleaned spotlessly. The property came with everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. The private hot tub was also perfect.

Unreal views, beautiful house, and amazing service.
We came to California to attend the races at Laguna Seca and to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The house was in a great location for our daily trip to the races and allowed us to return to the tranquility of the beach after a noise filled day at the track. It accommodated our group of 5 perfectly. We would love to stay there again.
The unit was clean, up-to-date and comfortable. It is well supplied which was nice. It is a short walk over the dunes to the beach and quite beautiful. It is in a quiet, somewhat remote area where you need a car to go anywhere. Our activities were mainly walking on the beach, flying kites, exploring the beach and driving to kayak, etc. It was quite cool in July and mostly foggy. The hot tub was delightful. We had one day when we lost electricity and the car was stuck in the garage. The automatic door did not work and the manual override was broken. The management company arranged for dinner for us as we couldn't cook or drive anywhere. The stove is a little quirky but we figured it out.
The property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It was stocked extremely well with amenities (although we couldn’t find a bottle opener) and had several nice touches. It was a nice location for us to access whale watching, pinnacles NP, and Monterey bay. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful and quiet. The wind was pretty fierce over the weekend. Felt no drafts in the home! Home was well stocked with needs for cooking. Nice special touches including wine, chocolate, and ingredients to make s’mores. Hot tub was wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet ocean getaway look no further.
Most everything was super especially the view and the kitchen(after reading instructions for appliances). The TV system seemed very wonky and very very limited options. Also there was no equipment available for bocce ball, etc. however I would stay there again!
The house far exceeded our expectations. I have never stayed in a vacation rental that provided as many amenities as this place: shampoo and conditioner in every shower, laundry soap, dish soap, fully stocked kitchen, camp chairs and beach towels for the guests to use...they thought of so much. The property manager even made sure to contact me before hand to see if I had any questions, and to give details on how to get to and access the house. The view is phenomenal!!!! A super short walk to the beach, which felt like a private beach because there was hardly anyone out there. We actually canceled some of our plans on the last day so that we coikd just enjoy being at the house. I have to rave about the beds and pillows, too. I wanted to bring them home with us, they were so comfortable! Overall we wished that we had scheduled a longer trip so that we could have enjoyed it more!
Miele appliances very difficult to use, even with 4 of us trying after reading the manuals for each. Never able to cook on stove top successfully. Many windows fogged internally and so dirty on outside obscured the view (which would have been gorgeous). Very poor lighting: one dim table lamp for entire living room, kitchen and dining area very dim even after adding 4 battery operated lanterns, bathrooms so dark impossible to use cosmetics/toiletries. Living room furniture set so low that when seated could not see view of dunes/ocean out the windows (had to perch on edge of cushions to see view). No closet in king bedroom downstairs! No dressers or anywhere to store things you don't hang up in any of the 3 bedrooms. Screen doors to back deck very difficult to move. No ice maker; need to fill ice cube trays. Only 2 chairs in living room that face TV. Had to carry other chairs upstairs for TV watching. Majority of liviing room seating faces away from ocean and TV. Positives: incredibly good wine provided along with good chocolates and biscotti. Ample towels, lap blankets, free Netflix streaming, good closet space and hangers, flashlights in each bedside table, beach chairs and beach towels, hot tub that 's really hot in front courtyard, electric baseboard heaters work well and there are thermostats in each bedroom, washer/dryer easy to use.
