Luxury, secluded home with direct beach access, amazing views, & pool

It is a very beautiful, well appointed house.

The Kitchen was fully stocked, with plenty of plateware, glassware and tons of utensils. The bedrooms were so comfy with every room having its own cozy blanket at the end of the bed, and super cozy beds. Our whole experience was fabulous! We are already planning a return trip!

Dirty comforters on beds.Dirty throws on beds.No garage access available.Had to request the WiFi password (finally got it the next day). Requested a password for the entrance gate (never got an entry code! So we had to make sure we came back to the property before the office closed or before security left). They also have a note in the laundry room to wash towels and sheets.Windows upon arrival were filthy but the rain cleaned them (we could then see the ocean).Poor quality paper towels and toilet paper! Had to go out and acquire additional paper products.For over 35 years we have been going to the Dunes and have never been so disappointed ! We will never return to this unit again.

Outstanding property! It was clean, well appointed, fully equipped with towels, paper goods, kitchen needs. We are a group of women friends who enjoy cooking at home and found everything we needed. The location is fantastic on the waterfront; it. was quiet, safe; we had the beach to ourselves! The home was extremely comfortable. We loved the home and highly recommend it!

Lovely modern home on the sand dunes. All the room were beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out.

Beautiful home on the ocean. Well decorated. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Kitchen well equipped but a little small. Would definitely book this home again.

Everything was wonderful, beautifully furnished, stocked kitchen with new appliances and kitchen tools/pots and pans. The ocean waves were heard throughout the house morning and night. It was a fantastic stay, thank you!

Great location on the beach . Pickleball and tennis courts , hot tub and pool . A bit away from town but we loved that

This house was beautifully set up with such a spectacular and magical view. Quick walk to quiet and expansive ocean. Short walk to pool and activity complex. We were two families with 4 kids ages 6-9. Each family member, adult and child had an incredible time and we barely left the complex.

Third trip to this beautiful and peaceful community. First time to this unit with a larger group, but will not be returning. Bedrooms were very nice, beds comfortable. Kitchen, living, and dining spaces good for cooking and being together. Ugly sofa and wobbly breakfast table in desperate need of replacing. Lighting too bright and cold, so little warmth in these spaces at night. Kitchen appliances are low end. Had to shut off ice maker and make a trip to the store for bag of ice because ice cubes continuously tumbled out onto the floor. Pots and pans are inadequate. Broken handles on some. Knives are a joke. Low end and very dull, making them dangerous to use. Like pots and pans, some of the handles are also broken, wobbly, and unusable. Had to make another trip to a dollar store to buy new knives. For the price charged for this unit, they should have better accommodations. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

Perfectly located access to the beach

Loved every second at the beach. Home was comfy with just steps to beach. Perfect getaway!

Love the proximity to the beach. The updating was very tasteful. All over very comfortable.

This house is just beautiful. The views from the two story windows to the furnishings. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. You can walk to the beach from your back door in minutes. The children ages 1-16 had fun at the beach and playing basketball/pickleball at the clubhouse. The clubhouse is a 15 minute walk away. Getting to the aquarium is a 25 minute drive and pebble beach is 30. The only minor troubles we had were getting the tvs to work (needed new batteries) and there were only 6 towels and 2 beach towels for 8 people. Pack some extras and you are set. We would totally stay here again. It was such a fun family home.

I have been to the dunes many times since the 90s. This unit was recently upgraded. It looks great and is very clean. My only complaint was that the cleaning crew was still finishing cleaning when we arrived at our check-in time and we had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes before they were done. Also, the water dispenser on the fridge is on the fritz.

Love the solitude of this area

Very great experience. Wonderful house! Everything you need is there and a short walk to the beach. We utilized tennis court and pool area. Loved how serene everything was and just well managed.

The location was great. Right on the beach and easy access to the freeway.
