Stayed Dec 23, 2025Words cannot express how disappointed I am with this host, the experience, and how everything has been handled. Our family drove 13 hours to spend time and visit family during Christmas. The beds were infested with bed bugs. Especially the primary bedroom. The experience ruined our entire Christmas and we ended up cutting our trip short and headed back home. The host refunded SOME of our money back but excluded the late check in fee that we had to ZELLE him which I feel is unprofessional to ask for money beyond the platform. Also, there were a few men in ski mask pacing the street directly in front of the home which made the stay feel uncomfortable. The area is not the nicest. I would NOT recommend staying here.
