AMAZING Mtn Views, Private Hot Tub, Fireplace, next to River Trail !!

More lights would be great otherwise we thought the place was great and convenient!

We had a lovely stay! Shannon communicated with us promptly when we had a question. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were super comfy. Nice and dark for Star gazing, friendly neighbors and close to amenities. 5 stars!

Nice single story house located in walking distance of a few restaurants and near Safeway. Fraser River is directly behind the house.Property owner is very easy to communicate with.Wonderful stay.

Great spot for skiing WP. Hot tub is always amazing after a long day. Shannon’s baked treats are incredible. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Lovely and comfortable home

Great little house with great views and a cozy fireplace. We would definitely come back.

First of all, there was a discrepancy on the rental price advertised online and the owner kindly honored it which we greatly appreciated. Second, the location was perfect for us in Fraser an easy drive to Winter Park Ski Area. Accommodations were perfect for us- comfortable beds, washer and dryer, and room to spread out! We loved relaxing by the gas fireplace each night and we greatly appreciated the brownies and wine at check-in! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and a crock pot. We also enjoyed the private hot tub with great views! I highly recommend staying here! the iwnw

Online photos looked doctored compared to actual property. All in all very nice place. Photos made it look more up to ate than it actully is. We would stay again but would have liked a more accurate depiction of the property.

The place was spacious and perfectly clean. Gorgeous view of meadow and stream with hiking from the door. Thank you for having thought of everything a guest might need.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The back deck was a really nice place to take in the sunsets. The hiking along the river was nice and we hiked some great trails around the Rockies. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful week here. The house was furnished with everything you can possible think and more. The view and location were perfect. The hostess was so helpful and communication was perfect. Would definitely book this house again for longer!!

Loved the proximity to YMCA Camp, grocery store, rec center, and outdoor activities. Communication was great and appreciated. Attention to detail made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Back yard is scenic and beautiful!
