Stayed Feb 1, 2025Great location. House had everything we needed. Lots of sitting room. Decent patio to enjoy the nice weather. Appreciated having use of the golf cart. Property managers were great to work with!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Lacy unit. Plenty of room, nice outside amenities, and having the golf cart to run around in was great. Down Home staff were very responsive on any questions we had, and even shipped us something we had forgotten to pack.

The house didn't have major issues but could have been more comfortable. Inside and outside furniture bare minimum. It all was okay not really fantastic.

Stayed Nov 1, 2021We stayed here for two months and it was a wonderful experience. The property manager was very quick to the concerns we had and promptly fixed them.We enjoyed the area and warm Florida sun. We went there to look at the Villages and really liked the area.

Stayed Jun 19, 2021The entire stay was wonderful. The cleanliness of the streets and personal properties. The food and entertainment were excellent! Nothing was over priced as I thought it would be. I will plan on moving there as soon as possible.

There are also many rental management companies but in of 7 years of coming to the Villages we have found a rental company that separates itself from the rest.Down Home Property Management, a family owned and operated management company has always exceeded our every expectation and genuinely care about their guests vacation experience. The rentals units are consistently clean and well equipped. On the rare instances when there has been any issue they have quickly responded and made a correction.We would highly recommend Down Home Property Management.
