Unfortunately we left a day early because of the hurricane (Helene).

Stayed Dec 19, 2023The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were awesome. The furniture in the living area was comfy and relaxing. The layout was perfect and the location to Sumpter Landing was perfect. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Stayed May 14, 2023Perfect location. Close to Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Easy to get around with the golf cart. Home had everything we needed. Will rebook again and highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this very clean, comfortable, lovely home. It had everything we needed to make us feel right at home and “villagers” from day 1. We were looking for home close to Sumter Landing and some relatives, so location was perfect. We had a couple of minor issues, but property management company was quick to respond and friendly. There are so many golf courses, rec centers, pickle ball courts very close by. It was never difficult to find something to do, even if you just want to drive the golf cart around to look at beautiful landscaping and birds in the area. We enjoyed several of the restaurants and shops in both Sumter Landing and Brownwood squares. We took advantage of golf lessons at Villages golf academy. We loved listening to music at Sumter Landing and Edna’s on the Green, wine tasting at Lakeridge winery, chocolates from Peterbrooke, fitness classes at MVP and so much more!

The location was the absolute best, so close to Sumter Landing, which is the best town square I feel.The house itself was everything you could want. Comfortable layout, clean and spacious. The beds were all so comfortable. I had guests visit and they said their nights rest was wonderful.Also, the linens and towels were so nice and plentiful.The added fun was having the 4 seater golf cart to explore with!The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice.
