This VRBO was perfect for our large family group! Extraordinarily clean, well stocked, lots of space, pretty access to the lake, beds very comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen particularly well stocked. Easy, quick and clear communication with the host. Nice, big TVs. The master bedroom & bath is very nice. It was perfect!

We had a great stay at Karla's place! Communication before our stay was quick, clear and helpful. It was easy to find and check in was smooth. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a great stay. The view was amazing. It was rainy so we didn't go down to the lake but loved time outside on the upper and lower covered patios. Our large group was able to sit outside and eat and enjoy sitting by the firepit during the rain. So nice! The neighborhood is nice and felt completely safe. There is so much to do in the area. Highly recommend a trip to Northwest Arkansas and staying with Karla while there!

This is the second time our Group of 14 women have stayed at this property. We travel each fall to attend area craft fairs. The property fits all our needs.

House was clean and large enough for our group of 10 adults (2 families). Amenities were nice! Host was very easy to work with and great communication and response time. Lake access from house. Fished off dock, foosball table, park was close for pickleball and several golf courses in area. Short drive to Bentonville. Would book with this host again!

We were 4 couples in our 70s. All worked out well and we had a great time visiting and preparing meals at the property.

Great home for large groups! The home is close to town and bike trails. The kitchen (and grill) was more than adequate for large group cooking. The deck, patio and dock were all great after ride areas to hang out before or after the sun went down. Host was responsive and very friendly.

Our family of 14, representing three generations, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home offered ample space to accommodate everyone comfortably and was exceptionally well-stocked with supplies and amenities. The deck was a particular highlight, providing the perfect setting for both morning coffee and evening conversations. Carla proved to be an outstanding host, responding promptly and helpfully to any questions we had. We would be delighted to stay here again on a future visit, should the property be available.

House was amazing. Even though we had 14 of us there it never felt cramped. Plenty of space in all the rooms and downstairs. Host was super attentive to any questions we had. Can’t wait to stay there again.

We had a great time in Bella Vista and this place was perfect for our family. Great location; central to all our activities. The downstairs tv:game room was ideal for the younger folks to gather for late night card games and PlayStation (we brought our own) while we old folks could call it a night upstairsThe kitchen was well stocked with all the needed items for preparing meals. Plenty of hot water, towels, etc. in the 3 1/2 bathrooms. All the beds were very comfortable. This won’t be our last trip to beautiful Bella Vista.

Impressed! This place had it all! Paddle boat, life jackets, towels!!! Minor cobwebs in doors leading to the back porch, but i bet we were first of the season to break in the place. Everything else was lovely. Everyone enjoyed their stay and their swims in the lake!

We stayed here during or semi-annual mountain biking trip to NW Arkansas. Place was VERY nice and it fit our groups needs nicely with a large number of beds and bathrooms. Beautiful location and lots of space. Highly recommend it.
