Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for family, including 4 adults, a 2-year old and a dog. The golf carts were a huge plus, much appreciated. Loved the well-stocked and lovely space but: Following a recent storm the lanai had obviously flooded, leaving dead worms and dirt on the floor and a moldy smell that made the lanai and giant screen TV unusable. The kitchen refrigerator froze milk, cream, beer, soda and eggs, some of which had to be discarded, and never improved in spite of raising the temp. We moved liquids to the garage refrigerator, which along with some outlets didn't work until we figured out the GFI in the garage had to be reset. There are water stains on the living room ceiling, age unknown. There were no check out instructions either by email or text until after we called for instructions. The literature in the house was either outdated or not applicable to the property and contained no checkout instructions.

Fortunately there is a refrigerator in garage. Property management company reported only 1 golf cart available. Property description indicates 2 available. As a golf foursome renting, we rented a second golf cart. Upon arrival at property, discovered two golf carts in garage. Finally management company directs you to review check out instructions in binder. Located binder and no check out instructions. We called for check out instructions. Glad we did it would have missed golf cart gas-up requirements. Finally note if you rent via VRBO my, they bill you a $105.00 fee for using their site to rent home. You then deal with Down Home properties and their fees.

Reviewer Comments: Nice House, But there's a 1,500 security deposit.It's been 15 days and no refunded so I calledSeems we damaged a pillow protecter and there holding the 1,500. I just smell a scam.

Great location and the property was well stocked with everything you need. However, we soon noticed that the floors were sticky and needed moped, all the carpets were dirty and needed cleaned. Also the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable and the TV in the living room should be replaced. We stayed for one month and once we cleaned the floors we enjoyed are stay at this home and enjoyed the golf carts. Again this home is in a great location.
