Amazing custom new home with modern amenities for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Nice place in a nice area. Communication with the property owner was very clear and fast. Great kitchen which was well supplied. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and supplies of bath towels was slim for 10 people.

House was perfect for our group of 2 families. Fully equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed the location and had ample garage space to leave our mountain bikes or side x side when we were not there. Kids had their own living space as did the adults. Would definitely recommend staying here and communication with Andrea the property manager was great.

The space in house was luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the right small appliances and tools. We often commented among ourselves how much we enjoyed the property and location. The views were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. The host seemed to think of everything; small details like the extra trash cans in odd corners, some consumables on hand, separate towels for the spa versus the bathrooms etc. The house was so comfortable. We really enjoyed it and are looking to rebook this location in the near future.

As the tile says- absolutely AMAZING property!We all loved it. Every detail is thoughtful. Love the immaculate construction and top of the line appliances. Comfort to the max. And the architecture is beautiful! Senior citizen friendly with thoughtfully placed lighting. Enjoyed the kitchen. Owner communication was prompt and friendly. Yes- it is a developing area but did not feel an ounce of discomfort or noise. We have made beautiful memories as a family. We loved the fire pit too. Thank you! Will pass on this info to all our friends!

We chose this property to stay while we visited Arches and Canyonlands. It was exactly as pictured. The property managers had a lot of thoughtful extras (like extra laundry pods, snacks and tons of spices in the cabinets). The property manager was also very communicative in advance (giving us tips about the parks and following up to make sure everything was okay). There was plenty of room for our group, which had 4 adults and 2 kids under 12. We enjoyed using the hot tub and I wish we could have made use of the fire pit. The kitchen was well-stocked as we did cook a few meals. The a/c splits took some getting used to, but that was just because we're unfamiliar with how they work (though there were written instructions on the counter for us to follow along). The property is south of town. However, that wasn't a problem for us since we had to drive through town to get to Arches and we could easily stop at a store or restaurant on the way back home. Overall, I would stay here again if we came through Moab.

Very nice

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful views, plenty of space for a family trip, has everything you would need for cooking, laundry, extra blankets and items for comfort, cleaning extras(laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc.). Perfect distance from anything you need. We had a family of 10 and fit in this house very comfortably. Hot tub was perfect for kids in the mornings and adults at night. Backyard had so much room for kids to run free and adults to play games outside. We ended up staying a couple extra days!

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, well appointed, perfect for our trip. Will plan to book it again next year.

This place is incredible and in a great location away from all the in town traffic and noise. No matter which direction you looked, the views were incredible. The team was very friendly and took care of any needs that arose. Highly recommend
