Amazing 3B2B House Near City of Hope

On the VRBO website, the property looked clean and nice. However, the property is clearly unkept and dirty. The outside was very dilapidated and run down. The porch leading to the home's entrance had spiderwebs everywhere and there was a wasp nest hanging from the cieling. The laundry area is located outside and was covered with spiderwebs and dust/dirt. The most concerning, however, was the living room couch. It had a sofa cover that was hiding a very dirty and stained sofa. Both my wife and I were bitten by something, and she had an allergic reaction to whatever it was. She had large welts on her shoulder and knee. The handles on the kitchen cubbards and stove were sticky with grease. Overall, this home needs a lot of attention and cleaning.

It was a quite and calm neighborhood. It pretty much looked like what the listing claimed. One restroom looked a little under remodeling but still functional. A/C worked and the kids had a good couple hours in the pool. Well worth the experience. Please note that they will ask for a insurance deposit or fee. No courtesy late check out.

The dining room chairs were broken, the pool was green for half the week, there were super large roaches in the kitchen, there were only 4 towels for bathing and no pool towels nor washcloths or hand towels, we were unable to get in when we got there because directions were unclear, the outdoor grill didn't work at all, the dishwasher was completely broken, the clothes dryer never got hot, not enough pots and pans, not enough cups and flatware, some of the food left was rotting in the cabinet, the thermoset was difficult to maintain a cool temperature, there was only 1 parking spot and someone else was in it, the internet stopped working during the week. It was very disappointing!
