Already There | 2026 Upgrades, Pool, Golf Cart, Large Balconies, Beach SVC

Pros: Overall size of unit was great for large family. We had 21 family members staying there and plenty of room - great space overall. Location was great - easy to get to and close to mall and restaurants. Was not aware but private beach for this house, which means only those renting chairs can sit in our section of the beach, which was roped off. We were provided 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas plus we had free use of a kayak and one paddle board. Cons: Home does not match pictures online. Pictures make it look shiny and new both inside and out, however house is worn looking both inside and out. If you look from the beach at this house and the 4-5 others next to us, this home stands out looking old and tired. Same for inside. Nice golf cart provided however, blinkers not working which made it dangerous to ride at night especially. We did get in a couple hours early but should not have impacted cleaning since home was not used prior to our visit. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Found a cockroach in the kitchen. party streamers pieces, balloon and tape found attached to wall. Cigar and cigarette butts on third level along with beer bottle caps. Floors in desperate need of a good mopping because our feet were black from walking on floor. Top of cabinets and the lights above the stove top filthy. You could not lock the back door.No shower head on the outdoor showerMaster bedroom had a musty smellToilet seat in second floor bathroom about to fall off.And

This place is heavily worn. Every repair looks like a shoddy landlord special. A/C worked great and linens were clean. Would not consider staying here again.These 10/10 reviews feel deceptive. Location right on the beach but directly next to the public access. Police and EMS showed up to the public access many times in the middle of the night.

Friends and family stayed here for our wedding and it was the very best weekend ever. House was great. Beach access perfect. I honestly wouldn’t complain about a thing. The property management team were always on point to help and answer all questions.

Great location, great amenities, very responsive management company. Not a single complaint. Having chairs set up for us every morning on the beach front row at the shoreline just out the back door a definite plus. Having a Golf cart in the garage ready to go also a plus. Kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils and appliances for our group of 13. Pool was cool, refreshing and well maintained.

A wonderful time with family, especially enjoyed the use of golf cart and having beach chairs and umbrellas. The convenience to stores was great. The pool was a real plus for the 2 children as well as the adults. A few minor annoyances, the stove was a bit of a challenge, ice maker wasn’t sufficient for a large group, also written instructions for garbage pickup and tv would have been nice.

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach. The Keurig and grill didn't work for us but those were small matters when considering the house, which was amazing, and the access to the beach which was beyond words

This home is AMAZING!! It was better than we expected. We held our wedding ceremony and reception here. Our kids and grandkids stayed here with us. Five families and every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend this beautiful beach home.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean and absolutely beautiful. We had paid for the pool to be heated and when we got there it was freezing. The next morning they had someone fixing it right away. Excellent responsiveness and communication. Would highly recommend staying bere and we will absolutely stay again!

This beautiful home served as home-base for a week of spending time with the family - extended family. Four grown children with their families came and went during the week. There were 19 of us there at one point. There was plenty of room, both inside and outside. Plenty of bedrooms and privacy when needed, plenty of gathering areas when needed. The access to the beach couldn't be better. It was great to come and go. Head into the house for food or drinks and right back at the beach. The top-floor balcony has amazing views and space. We had a Hibachi at home dinner with the family - it was a blast.

Awesome property. Well maintained and great access to the beach. The rooftop is amazing too.

The house was as described

The home was perfect for our large group. Beds and bedding was all very comfortable. Access to the beach was steps from the back door, which is great when you have kiddos. The beach is pretty busy as the home is next to public access but it did not change how much time we spent out there. Management was very responsive with any questions we had. I feel like we would text and receive an answer within minutes. Check in and check out process was very simple, I wish check out could have been later by an hour or two. 9:00 am is a bit early with a group of 16 getting out the door. We would recommend this home for a large group.

The space of the house is adequate for our 20 person party, but the main level bed/bath was pretty beat up. All the restrooms needed a nice deep cleaning, showers, baseboards, walls, etc. Overall exterior was filthy. Rust, molding build up and bird poop all over the floor to ceiling windows along with a deep, thick haze. Pool liner was literally black along the edge and could have been cleaned simply with a Mr Clean eraser and there was a softball size hole in the liner so you couldn’t fill the pool up where it should have been because any movement of the water leaked out. Door handles to the patio overlooking the road literally fell off when we opened the door. Beach wasn’t private, next to public access, you were fighting to get past literally 100 people to get to the shoreline from the rental space. They provide 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas from the beach service at the water line that are set up for you every day. Kitchen had all supplies for full dinners, breakfast, and there are 2 refrigerators within the kitchen. Beds are firm. There were 2 additional fans in the space beyond ceiling fans. Don’t forget to take out the trash bins on the 2 designated days while you are there.
