Alpine Pension ~ Riverfront, Hot tub, Giant Game Room ~ 1 mile from town!

Very chill place to hangout

The hot tub and river view were breathtaking. Had a slight plumbing issue that was dealt with quickly and great communication through out our entire stay.

We didn’t realize the play room was detached. Either we missed it in the description or it wasn’t there. The kitchen garbage can was broken. Overall a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it again. Loved that so many bedrooms had bathrooms attached! Thank you for your hospitality

This was the most amazing vacation rental we have stayed in! A quick (like 5 min) drive to downtown Leavenworth. The hot tub overlooking the river was amazing, and the house was so comfortable for our group of 8 adults and one tween. Everyone raved about how nice it was, and we loved our stay.

Our host was very responsive and helpful. The house was awesome.

We've stayed at this property many times, and it's always a good experience - close to town, plenty of room to spread out, an amazing game room, hot tub, and multiple en suites.

The house is amazing. So much space for everyone to come together and to spread out for quiet time. Great fully equipped kitchen. We used the grill which was sparkling clean. The game room was fantastic! Fun just to look at the memorabilia on the walls!! Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, etc. the host was very communicative and very helpful. We had a fabulous time and would definitely go back for another stay. If you want to stay near Leavenworth this house is right on the river and couldn’t be better!!

The property is an excellent venue for a big group. There are basically four master bedrooms with bathrooms either en suite or very close. A couple of the bedrooms in the basement have jacuzzis. The recreation room is like a huge man cave with a broad range of activities from pool to ping pong and darts among other stuff. Great location right on the Wenatchee River.

Home was perfect for our needs! plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing location next to the river. What sets this apart is the incredible garage space. The pool table, ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a living room area with TV and bar were the highlight for our group. We loved this house and I would book it again in a heartbeat.

This is a stunning property! Listening to the river running by while relaxing outside was priceless. The game room was full of ALL the best things to keep us entertained. Comfy beds, unbelievably stocked kitchen with literally everything and more of what we needed for our meals! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Alpine Pension. We celebrated a major family milestone and everyone enjoyed the beautiful home and game room as well! Great for kids and families, and appreciated by grandparents too. Thoughtful details throughout and a well stocked kitchen too.

The home is wonderful! Clean and comfortable. And the neighborhood is so quiet. The host is fantastic to work with.

Property was above expectations.

We had such a great stay! The house was so spacious and well appointed with lots of room for our group of 8 to spread out! All reported the beds were comfy. Saw deer walking right outside the window from the soaking tub. Game room was a big hit. Something for everyone. Lots of games and puzzles too. We would love to return!

I hosted a gathering of old friends at this amazing property in mid-May 2025. Many people traveled from all over to attend said gathering and were blown away by the fantastic property. The location on the river, fun gaming garage, and closeness to downtown Leavenworth made it an excellent spot for a group of young men who enjoy a pint or two of fine german libations. Cami the manager did an excellent job with communication prior to the stay and we had zero problems.I would highly recommend this property

We really enjoyed the home and the layout! The space and location were great. The game room leaved much to be desired. The pool table needs to be replaced (not sturdy and not level) and none of the sticks had functional tips. The shuffle board wasn’t level. The foosball table needed WD40. All the of the darts were broken so we couldn’t play at all. The speaker was broken in the game room. And just as an FYI the garbage can in the kitchen was broken, the toilet ran all night in the master suite downstairs, the fridge shelf is broken and the chairs at the the kitchen island are the wrong height - these are certainly not things that would deter us from coming again, but just to let the owners know so they can be fixed. The game room problems might deter me from coming again though. Overall, we really did enjoy our time and definitely would be back with a new pool table. Thank you!

This property was awesome! Tons of space for our group of 9 (6 adults, a teen, and two kids). The rec room was a big hit with the kids and adults. We had a relaxing morning in the hot tub listening to the river. The kitchen was plenty big enough to prepare dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough. Very close to town but just far enough that we had some privacy. Absolutely loved our time there.

I booked this stay with a few other friends and the house exceeded our expectations. The place was situated by a lovely river and the house itself was beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. Our only issue was the wifi. It kept connecting and cutting out throughout our stay. We luckily didnt end up watching much TV but it would have been beneficial to our overall experience.

Easy check in and check out. Fantastic property with fun games in the game room and a hot tub out back!

Everything about this home was perfect! Checking in was very easy; the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance necessary to cook a large meal for a birthday dinner (and the Super Bowl). The beds were comfortable, and there were no complaints regarding heat. It was twenty degrees and snowing outside, and we were all very comfortable. It was the perfect home to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday. With 4 kids flying / driving in from California, Texas and Washington, it was a great getaway. The game room in the garage? So much fun! For large families, this is the perfect long weekend getaway, and we will definitely be back.

Lovely few day family get away - wondeful property

The house is huge, the game room was a hit and the kitchen was fully stocked! Very impressed with the property manager. Super helpful & everyone had a great time! We are hoping to tent it again !

It was my 50TH birthday and some friends snuck awag with me for the weekend. The house is amazing and was just what we were hoping for. We got to relax and take in the beauty all around us. We would love to Conway back some time. Thank you.

Perfect place for a family getaway. We had 8 people in all and we all had our own space and bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped, views of the river was relaxing, even from the hot tub. Very comfortable for all of us. Game room looked cool, noticed the darts were all broken and had only 1 pool sticks that worked. Our only complain would be the WiFi. Spotty but worked intermittently

The property lived up to the pictures. It is a huge house and everything was very clean. The game room does have very worn game boards. We enjoyed our stay and watching the people tubing by on the river.

The family really had a great time watching the river and all the activities! Plus the sound of the river in the mornings, made coffee time very enjoyable!

Our family has a reunion every summer in Leavenworth. We need a large home with 5 bedrooms. This home worked really well. We could drop right in the river and float to town. It's a great location for road or mountain biking. The local hikes are super accessible. The house worked. Well stocked in the kitchen. Game room a bonus. Plenty of space for gathering and privacy. Our only negative feedback to the owner is two of the beds were really squeaky. Every time you or your bed mate turned it was a squeak fest. I gave up and slept on the couch. Other than that it is a wonderful choice for a large group. We would stay again if the mattress/bed frame issue is resolved.

House was very clean, garage play room was a hit. You can get down to the river to float or swim. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Saw two bears!
