“Aloha Place” 5747 Kiawah River Drive. 7 night minimum required. This gorgeous home sits at the foot of Oak Park, the heart of Jack Island, a part of the new Kiawah River sea island community. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, and sleeping 8, come sit among beautiful oak draped in Spanish Moss from the breezy wrap around porch space, perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails with friends and family.

Aloha Place includes an elevator, 2 car garage access, a spacious deck for dining outside and sitting area on the lawn. There are 4 bedrooms including three king sized beds and two twin size beds in the home. The 2nd floor main living space, kitchen, half bath, dining room and king bedroom with walk in shower are located on the main floor along with a laundry room. The 3rd floor offers 3 bedrooms and a small living room. Bedroom 2) King bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3) King bedroom with shared jack and jill bath/tub combo. Bedroom 4) Two twin sized beds with shared jack and jill bath/tub combo. The elevator at this home that visits all three floors. Beautifully decorated and maximized for comfort you will feel right at home in Aloha Place.

Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.

-Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.

We stayed with our children and adult siblings- this house was perfect! We rented bikes and our kids loved riding around the neighborhood, seeing the wildlife, and the park that was right down the street. The house was the perfect home base and had all that we needed. Would stay again!

The house was beautiful and clean. Every amenity was available to make our stay as comfortable as our own home. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and pool. We would love to come back again soon.
