Has a huge well fenced yard.It is an old charm, but well maintained and everything is well thought out and functional.Not cluttered. Kitchen not cluttered well equipped for cooking a meal.Good shower.Maybe to have an extra pillow per person.We have a comfortable stay at Allen’s and therefore have enhanced our little break at Lakes Entrance.

The property was excellent for pets 10 / 10 , huge secure yard . The property was advertised as having dvd player so took lots of dvds however there was not a player .The cooking was as described ( no oven ) bbq with side burner , needed small saucepan and frypan to cook on side burner , there was a microwave with not really suitable containers with lids .For 1 or 2 day stay ok , but weekly stays where you are eating in due to dog , a few more cooking things would be appreciated , also an iron for long stays .The house had a good heater , and was in an excellent location .

Great place to stay with pets.

Perfect for what we wanted travelling with 3 dogs. Huge secure grassy backyard that our 2 labs and jack Russell could run around. We enjoyed the bbq sitting out on the back deck. Great communication and easy check in. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and clean house. Plenty of space inside and out.The yard is huge and very well maintained. Perfect space for our dogs, they loved having the space to run around. Plenty of outdoor seating and great BBQ. Being in the heart of town, it was surprising how much space and how private it is. Everything is in walking distance. The setup was perfect for us. We would definately stay here again.

Loved our time in Lakes Entrance and this property is perfectly located. Once we parked our car from the trip, we didn't drive again until heading home. Property was exactly as advertised and Liz was very helpful.

The cutest little beach shack in a perfect location. The HUGE secure yard was fantastic for our dogs. Had everything we needed and just as described. Would highly recommend

Fantastic location, we have been coming here for the past 3 years and it doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful evenings spent cooking on the BBQ and eating outside. Has everything we need as a family.

Great location, clean simple property, huge yard for the dogs. Could use wifi, but otherwise great.

Gorgeous little place in a wonderful location. Spacious bedrooms, bathroom and living area, with great outdoor area with deck and plenty of room in the yard to play. No stove/oven but it wasn’t even an issue when BBQ, microwave and toaster did the job. Located on a perfect spot, between the main foreshore, to the beach and Woolies and walking distance to everything.Great coffee at Gippsland Jersey out the front. Would absolutely stay here again! Large secure yard which our dogs loved. Accomodation had all the basics we needed minus a cooktop, however given the weather, the bbq was more than sufficient for our needs.

This is our second time returning to the property and will definitely be coming back again on a regular basis. Perfect hidden location on the esplanade. Huge open space yard, provided ample room for our cavoodle type dog to play and exercise safely. Nice clean presentation.

Comfortable place to stay. Fully enclosed large yard was a bonus for our dog.

So surprised by the size of the property. The house was so cosy and it wa so appreciated that we could bring our 21 year old pet bird Flash - who had a great stay with all the local birds welcoming him. Walking distance to all we wanted to do which was great. Lovely quiet location.
