The rental was what we expected. It was clean and comfortable.Getting to the upstairs bedrooms, the steps are very steep. This should be noted. The owner communicated with us outside of the Vrbo website - inbox. I wasn't aware of this until later, when I checked the app and website. I found the messages intrusive.

We had a wonderful week at the beach house. Rhonda was extremely thoughtful and attentive. Top rated host! The house itself was beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower and back yard layout. Nicely located on a quiet road with little to no street traffic. Only a short walk from the beach. Will be renting again!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at the A-Frame by the Sea! Rhonda was incredibly helpful and accommodating, she answered all of our questions ahead of time and even shared great suggestions for things to do in town. The house had everything we needed and instantly felt like home. It’s tucked away on a quiet dead-end street and just a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach, which my 4-year-old and I enjoyed doing every day - it made our trip so special! Cozy, charming, and in a perfect location - don’t miss the chance to stay here!

The Cozy Cottage has everything you need for a vacation at the beach. The living room utilizes the space nicely and feels very roomy, the decor in each room is beautiful, and the a/c makes it very comfortable from the summer heat. The dead-end street is very quiet and relaxing. I have only good things to say. Highly recommend!

Could not reccomend this home more. This home is the perfect location and truly is a quick easy walk to the beach! Home was equipped with everything our family of three needed. We traveled with an 18 month old, so we made use of the baby gate that was thoughtfully provided for the stairs. Great experience and look forward to another stay in the future!

Quiet, pretty, and clean neighborhood. Property is well maintained making it very comfortable to enjoy one’s stay. Owner is conscientious, provides clear and accurate info on the property. Very responsive when contacted by text or phone if needed. Wonderful 5 minute walk to Scarborough Beach South which is a beautiful ocean site. Access to food shopping and restaurants only minutes away by car. A lovely place to return to!

Our stay at “Cozy A-Frame by the Sea” was wonderful! This was our first time on the Rhode Island coast and we couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Rhonda was an amazing host and was easy to contact. Love this beautiful A-frame. We absolutely recommend it. The hosts are very communicative, easy to reach. Walking distance to Scarborough beach. Quiet dead end street. Easy access to so many other beaches. Second floor is great for kids or teens who need their space! Veru clean.

This is our 4th year staying at the Cozy-A-Frame by the Sea and it is still perfect for us. Great location to the beach and to our favorite local restaurants. The house is still perfect for my small family, my daughter loves having the upstairs to herself. Rhonda is always great to work with, super communicative during our stay. Can't wait for next year!
