Munson Manor is all new inside with 5 bedrooms, 2 absolutely beautiful bathrooms, huge kitchen, dining area, 50 inch flat screen TV! The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop, electric oven, all cooking utensils, massive refrigerator. First Floor Master bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom located privately behind the kitchen. There is also a queen bedroom on the first floor. Second floor consists of one queen bed, two full size beds. and a full bathroom. We have outside grilling with furniture to relax during the summer days!

Dave owns 10+ properties in the Oneonta area! If your group gets 3 or more of his properties he will donate to your team to help them get to Cooperstown ASV. His communication was superb and if we needed anything his property manager Frank was available to help immediately. We are a team from CA and this place was exactly what we needed. Close walking distance to Main Street in Oneonta. Everything was clean and even had dish, laundry soap and a lot of extras that made the experience great. The TV has a fire stick and you can easily log in to all your apps for an enjoyable experience. Internet works great with multiple devices connected. A+ rating on everything.
