New home with great views. Located in the one mile area between the historical downtown and the small boat harbor. Easy walking distance to either, or take the free shuttle bus. Enjoy views of Resurrection Bay & Chugach Mountains. Five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, full kitchen and living area. Decks upstairs and down. One queen bed in two bedroom. Three bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed. Lots of space for large groups.

Stayed Aug 27, 2025Love visiting Seward, and love this spacious house! All rooms are unique, have their own kitchenettes, xtra beds (3 rooms downstairs) the 2 upstairs have the kitchen and main living area.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Great location. Property clean and kitchen well stocked. Easily walkable to all points in Seward. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was very convenient for a large family. Furniture was comfortable. Property manager was responsive when needed. It would have been nice to have access to laundry facilities at our convenience without having to schedule access with property manager.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Not far from anywhere in the middle of town. H.S. Volleyball tourn that weekend. Many things to do and sightsee. Fishing charter as well. Great place to stay so everyone had their own private room, plus murphy bed, bathroom w/tub/shower n small kitchen, along with the main kitchen, enough space to accommodate a large party!

Stayed Aug 13, 2023We enjoyed this property for our group of 8 adults and one baby. The location allowed for walking access to the aquarium and the pier and all the town has to offer in between. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups and utensils for our group. The home is well-maintained with nice sized bedrooms and a large open family/dining area. It worked out well for our visit to the area.
