Stayed Aug 23, 2025This property is not as shown on the website. The photos are very old and they advertised a pullout sofa bed that they did not have. The property is in very poor condition, cracks in the bedroom walls and ceilings, dirty rugs, dirty rusty baseboards. Bathtub wall is peeling. They cleaned superficially but really needs a deep clean. The backyard is unkept and you cannot sit outside due to a half dead tree and overgrown shrubs.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We had a really great stay. The location is excellent...walking distance to Scarborough Beach, and close to a lot of other spots in Narragansett. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but were comfortable when we did. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and there were beach chairs and a wagon to use.I booked without realizing the house didn't have AC. Temperature wise it never felt hot or stuffy, even on the day there was a heat advisory. The one downside was everything was a bit sticky from the humidity, but no one was overly bothered by this.Sara was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024The owner Sara took us through the house and explained everything we needed to know. She lives nearby so there is no issue contacting she with any issues. We had none. With the easy access to the beach this house is in a great location. We hope to come back to this place in the future. Bill
