For 6 people, located in 1 residence with swimming pool, on the edge of the Ardilouse golf course and 200m from the tennis courts, in the pine forest, this very pleasant and bright villa is the ideal place for your family vacation.
It will seduce you with its great comfort andits current and friendly decoration. You will appreciate the comfortable volume of its bright rooms and you will love lounging, listening to the cicadas, on the beautiful wooden terrace well insulated, in the shade of the strawberry trees.
Bike paths are 300 meters from the villa.

A swimming pool is available to residents from June 15 to September 15, its attendance by children will be the responsibility of their parents

The 78 m2 villa, all of the main rooms of which are fitted with windows and shutters (no roof window), has been fitted out with all the comforts you could wish for.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning to cool the atmosphere on hot summer days and provides rapid heating in winter (heating supplemented by efficient radiant type devices)

All the household linen will be made available to you (Bed linen and towels) and may be replaced depending on the length of your stay.

Internet by WIFI network is at your disposal in the villa

The villa is composed of:

1- On the ground floor:

* A large living room with generous volumes including
1 Dining area with furniture and storage cupboard, teak table and chairs
1 Living room with rattan sofa and 3 relaxation chairs,
Flat screen TV and mini channel, WIFI
Large bay windows provide access to the terrace,

* A kitchen open to the living room and separated by a counter, with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, storage cupboards
You will find dishes and glasses in very large quantities as well as a complete cookware set (including pressure cooker) and all the accessories such as classic electric coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, electric mixer, blender, etc.

* One bedroom on the ground floor, double bed with pocket spring mattress, and storage cupboards; this room has a private shower (1 hairdryer is available).

* 1 separate WC

* Interior cellar / laundry room with washing machine and numerous storage cupboards
Cleaning products and products for dishwashers and washing machines will be made available for '1st use'

2- Upstairs:

* A rest or reading corner, on the mezzanine, with sofa and small library in which you will find books and magazines as well as some games for children

Accessible from the mezzanine:

* One bedroom, 'La chambre bleue', double bed with comfortable pocket sprung mattress, and cupboards

* A room with 2 single beds 'The orange room', 2 beds 80 wide with mattress with pocket springs, which can be joined to make a double bed of width 160; this bedroom also has storage cupboards

* A bathroom with shower, sink and storage cupboard

* 1 separate WC

The rooms are equipped with duvets, pillows and bolsters and we provide you with protections (mattresses, pillows and bolsters) which are replaced with each change of holidaymakers
 
The villa has 2 south-west facing terraces:

* the 1st terrace at the living room level with awning, table and armchairs

* the 2nd terrace below, magnificent 35 m2 IPE terrace well insulated and adorned with plants and flowers, shaded under the arbutus trees with a large parasol and lights for the evening;
Table, armchairs and chairs as well as a griddle for grilling will allow you to take your meals on this large terrace
Complete the equipment with 4 relax armchairs and 2 Chilean chairs for memorable naps lulled by the song of the cicadas.

An outdoor cellar, located next to the front door, completes the storage possibilities, particularly for golf bags.
In addition a storage under the villa accessible from the terrace will store bikes or surf equipment
Bicycles (maximum 4) can be provided free of charge (we will confirm their availability)
 
Until the end of June and from the beginning of September you can also access the AQUALIDAYS water park, 1.5 km away (paid access)

Golf and tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity of the villa, as is the very dense network of cycle paths which will allow you to travel by bicycle without forgetting your car at the car park.
