PARKING: Per Douglas County Requirements, renters will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner / person in responsible charge of the vehicle. A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed to park on the premises. Parking is not permitted on the street.

DURING WINTER: 4 wheel drive with snow tires or chains recommended due to steep inclined roads. Snow chains required for many roads in Lake Tahoe Basin during snow storms. Snow tires on 4 wheel drive vehicles will be allowed to pass in snow chain requirement zones. ****PLEASE BRING SNOW CHAINS FOR ALL TIRES ON VEHICLES THAT DO NOT HAVE 4WD WITH SNOW TIRES***

PETS: *Pets require authorization via pet fee and pet addendum. Bringing pets that to the home that have not been requested prior to check in is strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking and eviction and/or additional fees. Please note that we only allow approved dogs. Cats or any other species are not permitted. Maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

EVENTS: **Parties/events of any form strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking with eviction and/or additional fees. This includes Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, weddings and any other events in which people who are not overnight guests of the house attend.

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT: Per Douglas County, the minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five (25) years. Owners are required to obtain a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Per Douglas County, Quiet hours are designated between 9pm and 8am and will be strictly enforced.

**No refunds will be given for wildfire smoke, storms or other weather related conflicts. Guests should purchase Travel Insurance for protection against unexpected events such as bad weather or wildfires. Guests are responsible for checking weather and planning the proper route and travel time needed to arrive to property.

    The view from this home is breathtaking. It was so relaxing and enjoyable to just sit out on the patio and take it all in. The home is beautiful and roomy, and it's very convenient to shopping, beaches and activities. The host was very responsive to answer questions and provide assistance and was a pleasure to communicate with.

    The stay was largely great. The property has a beautiful view and the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. Our group enjoyed our stay except we had some concerns with cleanliness. When you are spending 8100 for a 3 night stay, I believe it's reasonable to have a largely pristine property We found multiple soiled socks throughout the property.

    gorgeous view. wonderful hot tub with view! plenty of space and access through garage. washer, dryer, blow dryers. curling irons etc all there. little more work getting down to cove and stateline than I remember but very close to Zephyr Cove and marina. Ubers readily available to get to casinos at night.

    The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The view is incredible and the location is ideal! The house well equipped with many thoughtful details. I would highly recommend this property. And can’t wait to come back!

    Beautiful home with an amazing view! Perfect home for a relaxing family vacation. Located by state line with casinos, shopping and restaurants just down the road. Shanan was a great host with responding quickly to question we had and suggesting a photographer who was fantastic for our family photos. We would definitely stay again!

    This property is accurate to its listing. The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen and the home is perfect for a gathering of people wanting to enjoy each other’s company. I highly recommend this house if you are wanting experience Tahoe with once in a life time views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding forest.

    We picked this property because it would give us an incredible view of Lake Tahoe (some of our family members have mobility issues and couldn't easily access the lake up close). Not only was it easy to find, but when we had issues accessing the property, Shanan was so prompt with helping us trouble shoot them. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with dishes/pots/pans/seasonings so we could comfortably cook multiple meals. The Hot Tub was very straightforward to use and such a nice way to wake up on a cold February morning. We also loved how close the house was to the downtown area and to snow activities. And, when it unexpectedly snowed the morning of our departure, every possible tool we could need to clear the driveway and our cars was easily accessible. Loved our stay and highly recommend it!

    Wonderful week celebrating life with family! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 11 month old. Well equipped for the 11 month old great high chair, port a crib and regular crib! A good view of fireworks without going out into the craziness! Saw a deer, but no bears. Roads are twisty and the entrance into neighborhood took a little getting used to! Can’t wait to go back! The photos do not do the view justice.
