Wake up on the water in Ahwatukee’s Lakewood community. Tanglewood is a private lakefront home with a dock and pontoon, a resort backyard, and room for 10. Pool (held at 87°F), hot tub, sauna, patio misters, fire pit, arcade, and games are included.

The space

Entire 4-bedroom, 3-bath home on a wide stretch of the Lakewood lake. Solar-powered house with open living space, a full kitchen, and easy flow to the yard.

Outside: private pool, hot tub, sauna, patio misters, fire pit, mini golf, lounge seating, and a private dock with the pontoon.

Inside: arcade, pool table, and ping pong. Built for families and groups who want the house to be the trip.

Lake & pontoon
Private dock and pontoon are included.
• Operator must be 25+ with photo ID and a registered guest
• Boat may be used after dark if lights work
• Back at the dock, motor off, by 10:00 p.m.
• No swimming in the lake or from the boat
• No music on the water after 9:00 p.m.
• Life jackets provided
A refundable security deposit covers the home and the boat. We’ll photograph the pontoon at check-in and checkout.

Pool, spa & patio
Private pool, hot tub, sauna, and patio misters. The pool is kept at about 87°F year-round — cooled in summer, heated when needed. Misters keep the patio usable in the heat. No extra charge.

Lakewood / Ahwatukee Foothills. Quiet cul-de-sac on the lake. Easy to I-10, Loop 202, Sky Harbor, South Mountain, and Ahwatukee / Chandler dining.
