We spent two weeks with our daughter (5) and our twins (4) at the Villas Fissi. The garden was wonderful for our kids. The villa was a good starting point for daytrips. We spent the afternoons at the nearby beach. Yanna, her husband and her daughter were great hosts. They came around almost each day and answered our messages promptly. Communication in English was no problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay!

We spent a week at Fissi Villas and had a great time. The house and surroundings are clean, well equipped and well maintained. Yanna & Yannis were very helpful, always available and provided us with great tips for beaches, restaurants, etc. Highly recommendable.

Beautiful place to stay. The villa is well situated to visit all towns around Ágios Nikólaos and only 5 minutes drive to the sandy beach. We had everything we needed and our hosts were extremely nice offering us oil, wine and biscuits. Yanna knitted a beautiful handbag for my daughter which she loves ! She also baked baked us a cake and offered us some homemade jam. We have had a great time in Creta, I hope to come back at some point and I won’t hesitate to stay at Fissi Villas. Thank you Yannis and Yanna for your hospitality.

We loved the Spyradaki's house! From the traditional styled interior to the beautiful sea view from the patio table. Everywhere are lush plants and flowers! Our hosts could not be more kind or friendly, a wonderful experience!!

I'll start with the fact that this is the place where I wanted to return the next day after departure. We have long chosen a place for vacation and are very glad that we were not mistaken. We had two families and all the beautiful grounds were ours. Trees, flowers, olive trees, benches, hammocks, green lawns, all designed for peace and enjoy relaxation, nature and our beloved island. The silence, the stars at night are very bright. It seems that no one else, although everything is close, road, sea...))) The houses are built and equipped with great love, it is felt in every detail. There is everything you want, as if you came to your home. Yanna welcomed us as the most expensive guests and throughout the rest of the time confirmed it. Constantly kept clean and tidy, changed our towels and bed linen. I poured olive oil when it was over, baked us all sorts of Goodies and treated the holiday desserts. Yannis and Irini (the daughter) are the same kind, sweet and friendly. Any issue was resolved in a matter of hours. When we left, the airline changed our departure time and we had to stay until the evening. So lovely owners left us even with an overnight stay and did not take any money for it. And they gave me their olive oil as a parting gift. We have been many times in Greece, in different houses and hotels, but this place is the best and the impressions about the rest are just great! Only one darkens.... unfortunately, the vacation flew by too fast)). I wish the whole family of Yanna success and prosperity, I hope for the meeting!

Yanna & Yiannis very welcoming, helpful, friendly. Evident their hard work in refurbishing & and maintaining the two villas and gardens. Stayed for 3 weeks, visiting old friends in Aghios Nikolaos. The Greek Easter Festival during our stay, families celebrating Easter Sunday, roasting whole lambs on spits. The owners kindly invited us to join them. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was especially welcome. Yanna, a Headteacher, also cleans the villas, sheet and towel change weekly. Washing machine, iron, board very useful, cuts down on packing. Everything available in Prinos to self cater, big fridge, with large freezer compartment. Many historical artefacts & photos on the walls, depicting family history. Yanna and Yiannis have built a tiny exquisite church in their olive grove, in memory of both their fathers, named George, after Saint George. Yanna and Yianni both very generous with produce and their own cooked food gifts to us. Yanna's mother, hand made small side table cloths, a leaving gift. Secure property, behind automatic iron gates. Two friendly dogs kept in their huge vegetable garden area, one a rescued dog by other visitors, as a puppy, found on a nearby beach, taken to the Vet by Yianni, kept, walking with a limp. Immediately demonstrated their kindness. Parents of three daughters, Yianni is a local Fire Officer. If you want a warm family welcome, and high standards, Fissi Villas we recommend.
