Stayed Jul 1, 2023Arrived on the property and had no working a/c or tvs in the house. The property manager did eventually get the a/c working after we were limited to half the house used for 3 days of a 5-day trip. IN addition, the Tvs were not working after a visit from management it was discovered there was only one box in the home. So they knew from the TV provider visit that the TVs wouldn't work with no boxes. was offered a $100 refund. but That doesn't quite cut it on vacation w kids.
