Most everything was in working order, except the grill (which is important to us) - it needed direction, and there really should be beach equipment available for those flying to the area. We left an ice chest and a few towels.

We were outnumbered by the kids, but this house had plenty of places for them to play. All of the rooms were clean and spacious. We especially loved the kitchen/ main floor balcony, how it all felt like one with the huge windows. We didn't end up walking to the beach, just a tad too far for the kiddos but a very short drive and easier on our group.

Location and cleanliness was great. A few tweaks could make this a 5-star VRBO. 1) Extra blankets in upstairs guest rooms for guests' sleeping comfort. Not just primary bedroom. 2) Facial tissue, like Kleenex, in the bathrooms. 3) Improved and more toiletries in bathrooms, i.e., hand soap pump in each bathroom and kitchen, not just half bath.

Nice house - great for families!

This house was perfect for our week long stay! The fridge did go out the first day we were there but they were quick to bring a replacement. While there is a boardwalk close by we chose to drive to the beach and it was super convenient! We would for sure stay here again!
