Stayed Dec 21, 2025Great space for a Christmas gathering. Very comfortable and stocked. We had a great time and no worries. My husband spent most of his time at the fire when we were there, he loved it.

Stayed May 16, 2025Hosts were very nice and responsive when we had troubles with the keypad checking in. The weekend and house were great. The backyard was amazing for grilling and yard games. Recommend different bed frames…the queen and king bed frames stuck out beyond the bed and were ankle catchers. Overall, great stay and would visit again!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024This property was very clean and super cute! It has a nice kitchen filled with everything you might need, clean bedrooms and bathrooms and a responsive host. We fit two vehicles in the garage, and it is in a safe neighborhood. We even got to see snails and baby owls right on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Marlene the host was amazing at responding to our messages and questions. The neighborhood was accessible to everything and very safe and best of all very close to Palisade wineries. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Gran Junction
