Stayed Dec 5, 2025I was completely shocked when we arrived. While the listing technically mentioned the area, it was worded in a way that did not accurately reflect the reality. The neighborhood felt very run-down and unsafe, nowhere near what we expected based on the description and photos. Inside the house wasn’t any better. The pictures made it look clean, updated, and well-kept, but in reality it was the total opposite. There were cobwebs everywhere, and the whole place felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make things worse, VRBO was no help at all. We reached out immediately, explained the issues, and provided photos, and they still offered no real solution. For the amount of money we paid, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful. I’m leaving this review so no one else gets misled the way we were. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The house was very nice inside. The house itself was a little bit old, but everything inside works and has been modernized. We were provided with everything that we need so it was great. We had more than enough soap, shampoo, cleaners, towels, extra quilt, etc. Since there's not really parking on the street, we have to park in the back yard which is covered with gravel. Our van was a little big, so it does require a little bit more care to drive in and out. The general location of the neighborhood is OK. Very close to downtown Chattanooga and the I-24 freeway. Overall it is a great place to stay with great value.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Cute cottage fairly close to downtown. Classic architecture and spacious bedrooms. A little tricky to find the parking around back down an alley. We enjoyed our stay.
