Adorable Townhome with Water Views

This stay was clean and comfortable. I generally struggle to sleep well when I’m not in my own bed (and I struggle even IN my own bed if we’re being honest) but I slept like a rock. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There were basic housewares and I can understand not leaving tons of spare rolls of paper towels, TP, garbage bags because of course people will take them. The only thing we could have used was a toaster, but wasn’t something we couldn’t live without. The condo is right at the end of a culdesac on a quiet road with awesome river views, it was one of 4 units in the townhouse style building so there are units attached but I never heard any noise from neighbors. Most people on the street seemed like residents but I only saw one or two people the entire time we were here. It’s less than 10 minutes from any store you could need and was only about that distance from my brother (marines corps) and sister-in-laws house. We ate at the Kettle Diner, not even 5 minutes away and it was delicious. We had no issues getting in and felt completely safe and comfortable here. Will stay again as with a new baby in the family living close by, we will be visiting the Jacksonville/Camp Pendleton area as much as possible. It is close by to an airport and military base if you’re not visiting as a military family, so there are lots of planes and helicopters you see and hear but none disturbed the peace of this place.

Convenient location

The house is very clean, comfortable and has a nice view of the river. We were only in town for one night so we didn't explore the neighborhood or any nearby attractions. The owner was very nice and responsive.

Rental was freshly updated, but needs a little more attention to detail.

The house was clean and cozy. It was our second time renting this property and we were very happy with it. The owner responds quickly to any questions we had during our stay. You can tell that they take pride in their property. The neighborhood isquet abd family friendly.

This was the perfect location for a quick visit with family that just returned from being deployed. Host was very responsive and the residence was very clean. Would stay here again!

We came to visit family for the weekend and this property was located close to them and met our needs perfectly. Townhome was clean, beds were comfortable, host communication was great, and the view was beautiful. Would definitely look into staying there again if we come to stay another weekend.

And so much more! This house is perfectly located, nicely furnished, beds were phenomenally comfy and lacked for nothing! View was stunning and neighborhood peaceful, we enjoyed our stay immensely….so close to so much!

My family and I were only coming in for 1 night on our way back to NY to visit family quick. I will 110% recommend this spot. Very pretty view, close to downtown. We decided to check to check out the Clove Hitch beer and wine and they didn’t not disappoint!!! Very clean and all needs are met, comfy beds. Nicole was very quick to respond with any questions we had. You won’t regret booking.

We have stayed here before, loved it the first time, so we came back. My Husband accidentally broke Adirondack chair on the deck, the hosts were there within an hour to replace it. They are wonderful people. Condo was nice and clean. Beautiful view. Who could ask for more. Would definitely come back. We had a wonderful time. ?
