Stayed Jun 9, 2024This is the first time I chose to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel and thankfully had a great experience. The Adorable house was charming! It was also very comfortable, stocked with linens, kitchenware and even beach gear like chairs and pails. The owner, Gretchen, went above and beyond to care for her guests. I wouldn't have been more comfortable in a hotel. Rockport is also a charming town full of lovely people. Great time all round :)

Stayed Sep 28, 2025Very comfortable, clean, well-maintained property. Perfect location. private driveway to park. Well-appointed with everything we needed.Can walk to all points of interest in Rockport. The house fit us perfectly for our week in Rockport. Served as a good base camp to see other day trip destinations during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Looked to me that the property had been recently modernized as the kitchen was wonderfull, all the other areas where neat, clean and updated as far as I could tell. No issues with house, TV service took some learning but thats not the locations fault. Overall good stay.

Stayed Sep 24, 2024Clean! Cute! Steps away from an adorable meadow/pond/park. Cut through the meadow and you are at the beach. Rockport is amazing! Great coffee and donuts at Brothers Brew. Cool little shops, restaurants and lots of art. The host is easy to work with. Loved the property!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We loved this beach house. The house was extremely clean, charming and very well stocked. The location is amazing- on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach and the town. We will stay definitely stay there again when we are in the area!

Stayed Sep 22, 2023Th cottage is exactly as shown, a nice quiet neighborhood, handy to all the surrounding areas of Rockport and even Boston by train. We ate out, cooked a pot of chili for a two day cold spell, slept well in a comfy bed. You literally could not ask for more. The host was prompt in replies and communication was faultless. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. This was our second trip to the area, and we truly enjoy Cape Ann. From sailing to museum visits, it was a great trip.
