Adorable Quiet House Pvt Courtyard on Street Car Line

Great location - cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance and on the streetcar line. Place was super cute and very clean.

We loved this place. It was the perfect location for us, it was so central to everything. We were within 15 min of wherever we wanted to go. The house is so quaint and beautiful, full of character. The on street parking was plentiful but we used their private driveway to park. Check in and check out was super simple. We were there for Taylor Swift, so it was a busy weekend.

It is located very close to the trolley which made it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit.

Great location. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Po Boy fest the weekend we were there just a couple blocks away.

Perfect nest for a visit to New Orleans. Sparkling clean, nicely appointed, hot water, and top notch A/C. Easily made small meals in the kitchen. Knowledgeable, organized, and attentive host. Excellent location for walking. Great food and atmosphere all around! If you’re visiting a student at Tulane, this cottage is a perfect location.

The property is located in a verg very nice neighborhood with gorgeous surroundings and many nice restaurants in walking distance. We felt very safe and enjoyed the easy access to the trolley to take us to the convention center and french quarter. Matt, the hostess was super sweet and responsive..

The wifi didn’t work the whole time we were there. The location and neighborhood were 5 stars but the lack of communication and poor cell reception made it so we couldn’t listen to music or work/ even call an uber easily at all from the unit.

I didn't do any cooking. Part of why I go to New Orleans is to eat at the restaurants. The coffee maker and microwave both worked. The AC worked fine which is good because it was unseasonably warm. Great location on streetcar line. Matt, our host, was great. He was very nice and understanding when we locked ourselves out! Sorry, Matt, I'm an idiot.

We loved staying here. The location was great, great food in walking distance and a quick ride to the French quarter. We would stay again.

It was a nice place and worked out perfectly. The decor was clean and elegant and was within easy walking distance of various places I was going. I didn’t use the kitchen or living room much but it was good to have them available. It’d be perfect for two people.

We stayed for 2 nights for our daughters graduation at Tulane. The house is extremely well maintained and very convenient to Tulane.The host is responsive and quick to help.We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here to move our daughter out of her dorm and then to storage. Place was great. Very helpful to have a parking spot. Place was clean, quiet and convenient.

Wonderful stand alone cottage in a very nice part of New Orleans. Weekend visit with my daughter/Tulane student. Close to campus, restaurants, and the street car. Host Matt was very easy to reach, responsive and helpful.

Great little house that was everything we needed for our stay. Living room kitchen bedroom bathroom. Parking space. Clean. Water always hot, temperature in unit comfortable, two air conditioning units. Got cold at night in there but there was a space heater that worked well. Couldn’t tell exactly where it was located before booking but let me assure you it is an excellent location just off Carrollton in a historic area and the streetcar line is very close. Interaction with owner all by vrbo messages and that covered all our communication needs. If it’s big enough for you, you can’t go wrong, there’s nothing negative to say about the experience.

This was our third time staying at this cottage. We had one teen with us and the pullout couch worked great. The host is accommodating and responsive when needed. The “Repeat Stays” says it all!

Great cottage, comfortable and clean for a family of 3. Close to St. Charles streetcar. Walk to music (Maple Leaf), coffee, restaurants and a grocery store. We are repeat customers. Host is great!

Perfect little spot close to Tulane. Would definitely stay here again.
