Adorable Home less then a Block to Gulf W/Private heatable Pool!

The pool was very cold. We contacted management and they sent someone out but it still was very cold. Most of the reason we chose this property was a heated pool. Nice place but pretty disappointing about the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Destin Beach, Florida, and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was relaxing, the amenities were well-kept, and the property itself was beautifully maintained.The pool was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Every detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of, which made the stay feel effortless and comfortable.What stood out most was how seamless and enjoyable the entire visit was. From start to finish, everything felt welcoming and refreshing. I left feeling completely relaxed and happy, and I can confidently say I’ll be coming back again.Truly a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

Nice house! Great location! Only beef was the long grass, the pocket doors within the house, were a little stiff, and we could have used more bath towels (even with the laundry). We definitely made memories! Thank you for this opportunity!

Loved this beautiful home. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a group of 8 with a 16 year old being the youngest. We all fit comfortably on the beds. Open concept kitchen fully stocked. Pots and pans could use a little upgrade due to wear but overall good. Living room has new couches. Restrooms came with towels and travel shampoo and soap! Beautiful pool in the backyard to relax. When we arrived I couldn’t pull up my email to get the code to access the house so I called the number and was graciously surprised I didn’t get an answering machine I got a real person who helped me get in in less than 5 minutes. Very responsive property owners. We took 2 vehicles, a truck and a large SUV, which fit well in the horseshoe shaped driveway. Very helpful having a horseshoe driveway since the house is on a main street. Getting our SUV out of the driveway was a little challenging it was a bit narrow with the white picket fencing in the front but overall we made it work. The property is located very conveniently from Walmart, Ulta, shopping and restaurants! Would stay here again and would definitely recommend this home to your family.

Overall, the house is nice with decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The place needs updating both inside and outside. The porch furniture is very dirty with moldy seat cushions, needs new landscaping around the house and especially in the pool area. Weeds are growing through the cracks around the pool. The refrigerator ice machine is broken so we bought bags ofnice all week. We were given a bag of ice upon arrival. The location is amazing though!!! Super short walk to the beach!

We had a great stay at the property. Photos can sometimes be misleading, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival—the interior was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured.The main master bed could use an update, though it wasn’t uncomfortable. My son absolutely loved the Murphy bed in the downstairs bedroom. A few extra blankets and some beach towels would be a nice addition, especially for guests flying in.The pool was a great bonus, and the beach access is conveniently close, as is Camille’s Restaurant.The only area that could use some improvement is the backyard landscaping—it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the home.Overall, if we find ourselves in Destin again, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Everything was great the house was as pictured and the pool was great for the kids. The house is a short walk to the beach. We loved the back porch. The only thing I wish they had was a laminated check out list with the things we needed to do before we left and the day of trash pickup because I couldn't find it anywhere in the rental agreement and we missed it.
