Adorable beach cottage 2/1, Sleeps 6, Pet Friendly, Minutes to Beach

Host responded timely. Some trouble checking in-partly my fault. Grill has a completely rusted out grate and was difficult to use. Not an ideal place for the elderly with several tripping hazards. Older Florida winter home but has been significantly updated. Bed is comfortable. Lawns a mess. Considering the price, location and ability for short rental- It's a good deal.

No. We arrived 3:50pm & messaged the owner didn’t get a response till 4:30. This was after reaching out to VRBO & someone from there was working with me for almost 1/2 an hour before I got a call from the manager of the property. Than they gave me the wrong password & finally I got the right one. We got it at 4:50.Also inside no written instructions for wifi. Again had to call manager to get it. After a first incorrect one got the right one. Same for the TV. Chris finally showed up to help with that.

The picture shown on the site were very deceivingThe place was filthy. Horrible did not depict what the picture showed requested. A refund immediately did not stay at all

This was a nice property to stay at the pictures online, though I feel was deceiving

What an adorable cottage! The Flamingo Cottage was immaculate, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted.

Cute small cottage. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, very cute decorations, tropical landscape. Needs: updated pictures, tv instructions, accurate description of the property. What they consider a Fenced in backyard is a 4ft area around the perimeter of the house and maybe a 14x14 square, very loud noisy a/c but kept you cold. The views in the pictures are all from the front.

Flamingo cottage wasn’t adorable retreat close to where we dock our boat. It was the perfect amount of space for our family. I would definitely recommend if you are here to visit the Stewart Jenson Beach area.Our grandson loved all the flamingo decor

Okay for 2 people but no more. No functional back yard as advertised and what was there was overgrown and full of downed leaves and we found several snake skins. Also no cleaning supplies were provided initially and there was mold in all the furnace vents (one fell off the wall which brought it to our attention). The furnace filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. I think with a deep clean and some TLC especially outside the place could be much improved.

The stay was very nice. The cottage was the perfect size for 2 people and 2 small dogs. The location was quiet and close to multiple restaurants and activities. Our host, Chris, was very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Sleeping was ok. Close to beaches very good. Easy check in/out. Serious grill person would be very disappointed in old rusty grill with broken brickett tray. TV was easy to use. More hooks inside the house needed for hanging stuff up. Need a mirror in the bedroom.
