Don’t expect to get the basic necessities from this place. They fraudulently advertise a cabin with no internet and they know it’s broken before they take your money. Then when you arrive and ask for internet because the router is in the closet broken. They have no extras and have to special order a basic router arriving a week later. Need to check ski conditions online when vacationing at a ski area. Vacasa does nothing and only comp $100 when we paid $450 a night for 5 days. Even the coffee maker was broken and they wouldn’t fix or replace it. This cabin is a site site compared to all the others. Cheaply put together and dirty plus no maintenance of outside and inside building. Very disappointed. Hope no one else is defrauded by this company. It didn’t break while we were there. Things happen. It was broken before we reserved the room. They have the notes in their files.
Super fun and cute little condo! Our group had a great time.
Only complaint is the upstairs bedroom mattress was absolutely horrible
Perfect location to walk to attractions
Great rustic look although it needed to be cleaned before we arrived...there were dead flies and moths on the kitchen floor and the garbage cans still had the baggage claim tickets from the previous renter! Stains on the bed sheets was also disturbing... Great for ski bums or college kids just looking for a place to crash when skiing.. Lastly, the parking was not clear if we had a designated spot or if we should park on the street.
Broken lights and dirty floor
Basic place that checked all boxes; no frills. There was garbage across the entryway upon arrival (due to animals, I suspect) and the security/walkway lights weren’t working; however, they did fix this for us the next day so no complaints there. Fair value for the price. Not opposed to staying again.
We had a great time! We appreciated the variety of games, movies, and kitchen utensils. Beds and couches were very firm but the place is totally fun!!
Snow covered icey stairs up to cabin after climbing up set of stairs from the highway.. parking on the side of the road was not going to happen since snow was plowed taking up all the room. Had to park across the street and walk all of our gear up ice steps! We tried to shovel the steps, but is was so firm. We shoveled the back deck so we could see out the windows and walk out. Didn't get any feed back but, make sure you put that shovel back where you found it!from the person downstairs. The coffee machine had left over grounds in the water tank and in the caraff. I liked the new stove/range and fridge. Pans were gross and unusable. If it wasn't for the great location next to dining and tubing, I would rate thus place lower than 4 stars. We thought the little pillows everywhere were gross and dirty too, just throw them away!
The home is very cute, and exactly as described. If you are visiting in the winter when there is snow, please be advised that if you have visitors that have mobility issues, the snow on the steps can be treacherous, and you are on the hook for shoveling the stairs yourself. If you are not willing to do this, this is not the place for you. Many kitchen items are broken but serviceable, and there are many DVDs that are missing from their cases. We had a very good time here, and once my parents were ensconced in the home, it makes the perfect spot to enjoy the area. Was within walking distance to everything we needed, including cosmic tubing. Would definitely stay again.
Nice and big and great location. Some things I didn’t know: no laundry, no dishwasher and parking on the street with about 20 steps up to the house. Knives are not sharp and the can opener is a struggle. Keys are difficult to use in the deadbolt lock. Great deck but the picnic table is weird you’ll bump your legs
