Adobe-Style Home w/ Views < 5 Mi to Santa Fe Plaza

Loved the views out the large livingroom sliding doors. Very comfortable, clean and cozy house overall. Perfect space and amenities for 6 people. The lights outside the unit don’t come on and it’s pitch black up the walkway and to the door. Dangerous if ice is on the sidewalk you can’t see it. Host said some problem with the hoa. Not a good optic, needs to be resolved

The location was spacious, with a charming Santa Fe decor. Three Bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was prefect for three couples. The beds had nice linens and were so comfortable. The master was large and the other two rooms each had space for a working desk which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and had a large dinning room table. A stand out was only 5 mile to Santa Fe Plaza which was convenient for dining out and shopping.

Lovely home with beautiful furnishings and a nice view from the patio. The pool, just a block from the house, was wonderful with gorgeous views. It's a short drive to Santa Fe and to the opera. We enjoyed our stay a great deal.

Enjoyed the property immensely. The ability for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom was perfect!

Comfortable, clean house in a great location for exploring the Santa Fe area. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Very quiet - we stayed there in low season so didn't see many other folks in the gated community.Heads up for future renters: the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms do indeed have full size mattresses rather than queens or kings. Also, the silverware is targeted at a party of 4.

Our group of 5 adults (2 couples, 1 single) stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful home. The house was spacious, well-stocked with cooking utensils, and very clean. Beds were comfortable, although small in the two guest rooms. Views were spectacular. Driving to/from town was easy. The host was very helpful; we very much appreciate his quick response and helpfulness when we reached out with a problem that was a result of our own mistake.

This house was perfect for our stay. Clean with comfortable living areas and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to accommodate our group. The views from the living room and outdoor patios were gorgeous especially at sunset. It wasn’t as well stocked as other rentals I’ve stayed in but there was enough to get by. The pool is only open from Memorial Day until Labor Day which was disappointing because it looked the it had a great view also. There is a ton of stuff to see and do in Santa Fe and within an hour and a half drive. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The house is great. It is located up the hill looking out west where you see amazing sunsets every evening. It is clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check the pantry before you go shopping to make sure you get what you need. (We always do, but I see reviews...) We only used the TV in the living room, as who wants to do much of that with the outdoors, like right there, you know, outdoors. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well put together. We loved the skylights, even if we did keep trying to turn out the light. The master bath has a huge soaking jetted tub that works great, and it has plenty of hot water to e. Plenty of towels for a family of 5, even using the pool almost every day. A/C & washer/dryer worked perfectly. Check-in was a breeze, with no issues at The host was easy to understand in messages and responded to the one thing we asked super fast. Great host! Ok, quirks. Door stops would be great, so we could keep the windows open more with the (beautiful) solid wood doors from shutting in the breeze. (internal doors). About 90% of Nest thermostats have a problem in that they are hard to turn. Patience (and a drink) will solve that. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's a great property and a great host. The guest book and guidebook were a nice touch.
