Beautiful setting.

There was great communication with the property. Was in a nice area. We have dogs and they accommodate dogs. Our only real problem was some of the dishes were dirty and the biggest complaint is our dogs got fleas from there and our daughters got bit by the fleas while sleeping on the couch bed! None of our animals and our house has never had fleas and our dogs came back with thwm from there! Not happy!

The blankets were dirty, it seems that either a dog or a cat pee on them. It smell so bad. Need to wash the blankets after.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfy. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and 2 kids along with our 2 small dogs. We were only stopping for the night as we made our way back home from traveling over the holiday so we didn't get to spend much time here but it made for a comfortable and relaxing pause to our trip. The hot tub was also great after being in the car all day. Everything felt clean which is my priority when staying at these properties. I also appreciated small touches like hooks in all the places you could need (bathrooms, front door for coats, bedroom). I like to be organized when traveling so things like this help. We love moab and hope to come back next year to actually spend some time seeing everything and i would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and was accurately represented online. The communication was good. We enjoyed the hot tub.

This was our 5th time staying at this unit. We were a little disappointed. All of Moab swimming pools were open but this one??? HOA is slow at getting pools open. Mattreses are in very dire need of replacement not comfortable. Hot tub worked good but needs new plastic to the filters we had to set them on a chair for our stay. Unit is in need of some basic up keep. We travel allot and this unit needs a little attention. Kitchen stock for dishes and utensils are in need of upgrading. But all and all we enjoyed our stay and hope this gets out to somebody that can give some attention to these suggestions. I’m not leaving this message to complain just to help manage this to make others stay better. Host was amazing and very quick in responding to all of our needs.

We stayed here for just one night between week long camping trips. We had our dog so it was great to find a pet friendly place. I’m a super light sleeper and there was a clicking noise from the AC but not a big deal. Great little stop for us to rest and clean up along our way.

Enjoyed the condo. Very quiet and private. The hot tub was a bonus. Enjoyed soaking afraid long day of hiking.

Condo was as advertised, clean, comfortable, adequately supplied, nice location on golf course with views of the canyon. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Quiet location compared to places closer to the highway, yet only minutes to town. Manager was very responsive.

Overall it was fine. Unfortunately there is no way to lock yourselves in as the passcode works under all the mechanical circumstances available and thus, decreased security overtook our feelings here. Owner should add an internal-only security lock immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We give it a 10/10. Loved the views and staying right next to the golf course was super fun. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a nice place to stay while in Moab. I liked the private hot tub and local pool and a nice water hike that was close by. Nice location not too close to the main town but close enough. Beautiful stars at night.
