This is our 5th year coming to “our house.” Ara is a wonderful host who both takes pride in his property and wants to assure that his guests are well served. His home is clean, very well appointed and the location is unparalleled. My adult children describe it as their “happy place”- we could not agree more. See you next year!

We had high expectations for this home, and it was even better than we expected! The main floor is bright and clean and airy with spectacular views of the bay. Our 2 families (4 adults, 3 adult children) fit comfortably into the spaces and all of us really enjoyed the gorgeous bay views from the beautiful deck throughout the day and evening. We appreciated having access to the beach right across the street and the quiet friendly neighborhood. Access to beach chairs and boogie boards was a plus! Communication with Ara before and during our stay was a pleasure! She always responded to messages quickly and went out of her way to troubleshoot/accommodate a minor mechanical issue with the dishwasher while it was being fixed. We were happy to have access to a grill and the beautiful new kitchen made meal preparation a pleasure---all with great views of the bay. This property is a gem, we would happily stay here again for another Cape vacation! Thank you, Ara, for sharing your lovely home with us!

My husband and I stayed here with our two sons and had a wonderful time. The home was spotless and location was spectacular, perfect for swimming at high tide, exploring at low tide and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The owner has thought of every detail to make this a lovely home to rent.

I know what you are thinking. This property looks too good to be true. Well, it's actually better. The view is even better than the pictures. The house is immaculately clean and up to date. Yes, there is a great private beach but you don't even need to leave the couch in the living room to enjoy looking at the bay. Ara was amazingly responsive and welcoming.The only problem is that we will be coming back to this house every year from now on so that's one less week for someone else to rent. Sorry!

We loved this property! It is beautiful, clean and there is room to spread out. The kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed. There are plenty of beach chairs in the garage. We could not ask for a better location. The beach was gorgeous during low and high tide. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the neighborhood. The host is quick to respond and very thoughtful.A++++

We returned for a second year to this house and once again we loved it. It is beautiful and well-maintained. The location is great and the views are captivating. The owner is thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We relaxed, enjoyed the beach and had a wonderful time together.
