house showed some wear and tear issues and minor damage but everything functioned. Not enough reading lights in the bedrooms. it was clean and had sufficient towels. The 5th bathroom was essentially the laundry room and uncomfortably small. It would be a great house for families with small kids and worked well for us 10 adults. location was the best! Host responded quickly to our request for a room heater.

Wonderful stay start to finish! Fabulous views, plenty of space, short walk to the sand, well stocked with towels and toys!Host Rebecca was responsive to messages and allowed both late check-in and check out since there were no stays immediately before and after. We stayed in October and the days were sunny and warm and the nights cool. There was lots of room for everyone to gather and cook in the great open kitchen! (Could have used extra bar stools since we often gathered there.) Beds were comfy and linens were abundant, with extra towels for the beach. Floors at the beach often don’t quite feel clean, but the rest of the house was spotless. We notified Rebecca about a couple of small maintenance issues and she was happy to hear and planned to have them addressed. We would definitely stay at this house again!

It was perfect for 8 adults, all family. Everyone had their own space yet the common space was perfect for us!More towels for the kitchen please.The one stool in the kitchen is very wobbly and we did not use.Loved the view and you provided so many things to use and enjoy at the beach!

Fantastic location and close to everything! Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups regarding the home's general upkeep which was disappointing.

My family and I stayed at the white sand beach home for the weekend and felt it was slightly dirty. I don’t think the floors got cleaned and the bed linens could use a refresh. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room with the small kitchen and in the middle of the night the front part of the bed mattress fell to the ground. After picking up the mattress we noticed that several slats were missing and the frame was not attached to the headboard as well as the center leg was bent. We did love the location of the house but it was not to our standards.

From the views, location, and comfort of the home, this place was exceptional. We had a big family with kids of all ages and it was very comfortable for everyone. There were 2 pack n plays, a high chair, and kids tableware, which made it really convenient. Amazing location and a ton of space for a big extended family. House was in mediocre condition, used pretty hard. Seemed not super clean and didn’t have some of the things you would hope for in a more expensive rental home, like full shampoos in the showers, batteries in the remotes, etc. But again, can’t beat the location and lots of sleeping areas. Overall great week!

Close to the beach, food and shopping - for families who range from grandparents to grandchildren, I cannot imagine a better spot to gather.

You can’t beat this location! A few steps to the beach and just a couple blocks to the bars and cafés.

Amazing views! The host was sooo responsive and respectful,great place for kids to stay! Plenty of room, I especially liked waking up in the morning and watching the Ocean view. Beautiful beach thank you so much.

Glad to have found this property for our family vacation. Overall it was a success! Pros: Close Beach, close to children's playground, lots of beach toys, wagon, chairs etc. Propane BBQ, Parked 3 cars 1 truck easily, plenty of room for 10 adults & 3 kids, close to restaurants and shopping, easy on/off freeway, 5 bathrooms, stocked kitchen utensils etc, beautiful view of beach, attached bungalow is great get away for a couple, great fenced in grass yard for little ones to play on, A/C, nice staff, right by a cool little painted rock garden, easy check in/out. Upstairs nice clean updated feeling to it. Cons: Property to the north has bad water leak that saturates the driveway and is very slippery. They do have mats placed down to help from slipping. Entire house slopes south, internet is very very weak, bad cell reception too. House was a little dirty upon arrival (sand on floors, understandable). Downstairs has musty smell. Furnace downstairs is always running to move air round house, very loud for those sleeping downstairs. Even with A/C and fan upstairs bedroom facing beach gets very warm in the afternoon. Overall, a great place and great stay. We had a great time! Still giving 5 stars.
