Stayed Jul 30, 2024It was a really great place for a family reunion, with everyone coming from other states and thus unfamiliar with Sebastopol and Sonoma County. Highly recommended!

Stayed Dec 23, 2025The host was so responsive! The house was well appointed, had nice and quality furnishings and accessories. It was decorated for the holidays in a tasteful and festive way. Small touches made a difference.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025A great weekend stay in Sebastopol. The home had enough room for 3 couples with everyone getting a king bed. Didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. The parking is a bit tricky as is trying to turn left out of the home. Although this would not stop me from returning.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025This property was the most beautiful, thoughtfully stocked, spacious, comfortable and perfectly located VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We were all in awe and in heaven during our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Stayed Mar 27, 2025A lovely craftsman style home that couldn't be more convenient. Walking distance to everything. Traffic noise makes sitting outside a very urban experience, but inside it's whisper quiet due to new windows. The home has everything one might need; it's very thoughtfully furnished and equipped (e.g., surge protectors to plug in all your devices).

Stayed Aug 22, 2024This beautiful older home is conveniently located among many wineries, Armstrong Park, and across from the Barlow filled with great grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Airports are close too. Owner gives prompt attention. Parking is somewhat restricted for a larger van.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Charming: built in 1927, the home has many of the original details from that period - wood floors, built-ins, large front porch Comfortable: the house has been renovated and well-insulated against weather and noise. Beds are extremely comfortable; bathrooms and kitchen are updated and attractive Well-equipped: literally FOUR methods to make coffee are provided; beach towels for outings (we used them to go swimming in the Russian River); a pet basket for our animal friends - we had our dog with us (pets are allowed which was a great help to us) Location is stellar - you just cross the street to The Barlow where there are great restaurants, stores, and a market Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024What a lovely old home that has been remodeled and is a perfect location to walk across the street to the Barlow. The mature trees on the property made sitting on the front porch very enjoyable. There is also a great seating area beside the house home as well. The beds were amazing and everyone raved about how well they slept. Cathy communicated everything so well prior to our stay and I can’t say enough great things about this home and our stay in it.

Stayed May 24, 2024Fantastic location, enough parking for all the guests (though getting in/out requires some attention). Some of the bedrooms that face the street get some road noise but back rooms are pretty quiet. Yard is not fenced if you bring a dog. Nice touches provided like freshly roasted coffee beans, towels for dog, and clear instructions.
