Across Beach, Pool, Pool Table,Ping Pong, Golf Cart Rental, Amazing Yard, 7 BR

We were actually upgraded to another one of the hosts’ properties. And it was a lovely place with a big media room right across the street from the beach, and a lake in our backyard, complete with a resident osprey.The weather was comfortable and fun to look out the many decks that the house had. Lots to do and see locally and a very enjoyable trip with our family.Our host was kind and responsive to all our needs along the way and we’d recommend this to anyone that wants to have a great time in Destin, Florida.

Property is well equipped and in a great location! Host communicated well and responded quickly to a few minor issues we had. Great home for big family get togethers! Would rent again!

The house and property management team were wonderful. We had only a few minor issues with the house but expected when it is a rental home. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus after a long day at the beach. The house is very convenient to a beach access. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were great. We had plenty of room for the whole family.

The communication was excellent prior and during our stay. The layout was wonderful, we never felt cramped.

We had an amazing vacation, beautiful, relaxing family vacation. Across the street is the beautiful clear water beach. No complaints whatsoever!

We loved our home! We had a few thinks that needed attention and you all were so quick to respond and correct! Thank you! My whole family just loved every part of this home from the pool, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table and just the home itself! It was awesome having the golf cart and chairs/ umbrella to rent! We had a fabulous family vacation! Great location, close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The house is exactly as described with the exception of the third refrigerator which wasn’t working. However the mini fridges in the outdoor bar and carriage house and two full size refrigerators in the kitchen were plenty for our crew of 13. The mini counter ice maker was great too. I highly recommend the golf cart, it was so much fun exploring the area via cart. It was also very helpful in getting the grandparents to the beach. We also added additional beach towels that made the laundry cycles much easier. We were able to add additional beach service sets to the reservation for the house and it was so nice to have our umbrellas and chairs all set up together on the beach. The hosts were exceptional and could not have been more accommodating and responsive! The only suggestions would be to replace the shower head in the carriage house (hard to keep water in tub) and add a couple smaller 2qt/3qt size pots for heating sauces, etc. All in it was a wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend this house and rent again!PS …Get A Boat To Crab Island. It is amazing!!!

House was very nice and exactly what we needed for our family. Plenty of room for everyone and the backyard pool and hot tub were awesome. We had an issue with the upstairs A/C and they were very responsive and got it fixed right away. Definitely would recommend

Michael was an excellent host. He was always there when we had any questions or we needed anything he told us don’t hesitate to call if you find there’s something you need that is not in the house.He is the perfect host.

Great place great owners

There were 7 adults and 7 teens and we stayed here for Spring Break. Plenty of room for all of us, beautiful accommodations, close to the beach and restaurants. Had a wonderful stay!

This house and location were fantastic for our family trip. The short stroll to the white sand beach was fantastic for watching every sunrise and sunset. Renting the golf cart made trips to stores and restaurants so fun! Our hosts were responsive and made our stay perfect. We're definitely looking at options to rent from them again next year!

House was exactly what we needed for our big group of 5 families and our seniors. Great location with just a few minute walk to the beach. We also never really needed to leave on the bad weather days as there was so much to do in the backyard. The carriage house was the perfect companion to a beautiful main house. We had tons of room and each family has their own space when needed.

We had everything we needed, close to everything we wanted to do.

This property was everything we could ask for to keep teenagers busy and present!! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

The house was great

A block to the white sand beach’s of Destin. Plenty of room to spread out or be all together. The pool house is ideal for parents with toddlers who tend to be early risers!! They were able to keep her there until 7am at least so the older members could Sleep.. Has a little fridge to keep milk and juice. Locks and door knobs at the top of the door!! Clean. This was a great property in a great location! There is tons of entertainment in the awesome outdoor area, and a very easy short walk to the beach. I will say that some areas of the house need some TLC from normal wear and tear of being a rental property, but other than that it was fantastic and would definitely rent it again! Highly recommend.

This property is convenient to everything we wanted to do! Easy check in with codes on doors. Loved that the handle to back yard/pool was raised so little ones can’t escape!! We added beach rental set up and well worth the money that our spot on the beach was reserved for us everyday. Pool towels were provided along with trash bags and dish/dishwasher soap. We had an A/C breakdown and someone was at the house within 20 minutes And fixed the problem!

Me and my family try to go to Destin every year. We have stayed in many beach houses and this was by far are favorite house!! The backyard had so much to do as entertainment wise! The house was very clean. It is an amazing house to stay in for a family I loved every bit of it!! And when we need to contact the host it was no problem they answered fast and got the issue fixed!!
