Acadia Retreat located next to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park!

Thank you for a terrific property! It met all of our needs for a 5 night stay

This property had everything you could possibly need. Attention to every little detail was provided, and appreciated. Mattresses and pillows so comfortable, plenty of towels, and plenty of room to spread out. Could not be happier with this property, will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Acadia. Walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor great, and close access to carriage trails as well. Not 1 negative comment can be left for this property. Highly recommend!!

The owners thought of everything. The house was very clean and comfortable. Towels appeared to be new and plentiful. It was about a mile walk to town which took about 25 minutes which was very nice to not need to find a parking space. Nice quiet neighborhood that was just minutes from Acadia. We enjoyed Jordan's for breakfast a couple of times. Hannaford supermarket was convenient. We cooked in twice and the kitchen was nicely appointed.

Everything about this location was great. Heather was flexible, available and the neighborhood was just that, a neighborhood. We were close enough yet far enough from town and the tourists. Our own parking spaces, very nice home. I’d come back.

We loved our stay here. So many ameneties making the stay enjoyable. Loved the location and walking into town and a local playground for our granddaughter. Enjoyed sunshine afternoons on the deck. Quiet street and clean home. Would love to come back!

The house was spacious and clean; we did not cook a lot but for those that may want to there did not seem to be a lot of bowls and such to put food in but other than that it was perfect!

Great location to be close to downtown Bar Harbor but also far enough away to not have the traffic and noise. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Very nice, updated, clean, comfortable house. Close to the park and Bar Harbor. Super convenient for every activity. It had everything we needed for the week. It was perfect for our stay!

This property was awesome! Very close to downtown and all the wonders that Acadia has to offer. The house was well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. I stayed there with my wife and four adult children and we had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody wanting to explore Bar Harbor and all that Mount Desert Island has to offer

We enjoyed our stay here for 6 nights with 6 adults and 1 baby. The house is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. Great location, but a little too far for a walk into town for us. Luckily we found parking each time we went to dinner in Bar Harbor. I would recommend a better shower head in master bath and additional pillows. But everything else was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to have our annual family time in your home.

The main floor has plenty of space to spread out after a day of visiting Acadia. The house was perfect for our family of 3 couples and a single plus an infant.

Our family had a wonderful week in Bar Harbor! The home had everything we needed! The location was great as it was in walking distance to town and close to the park loop.

This property was perfect for our family. The home was spacious and close to the national park. The option to rest in the middle of the day between hikes was an unexpected benefit of having a home so close to all the best parts of the park. I can't say enough about how great this home was to stay in.

Our family of 6 adults stayed at this location for 4 nights to enjoy the beauty of Acadia NP. This home was in a perfect location, super close to the entrance to Acadia and also very close to Bar Harbor for dining and shopping. The house was lovely, with plenty of room for us. We prepared some meals inside the home and dined in Bar Harbor for others. We chose this home for its location and the laundry facilities. The only things that could be improved would be having a few more items in the kitchen like baking dishes and the 2 guest rooms with queen beds were a little broken down but otherwise perfect for our stay. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, Short walk or 2 minute ride to Bar Harbor.

We had perfect weather, the house was inviting and very clean. The owner was wonderful and responsive! We managed to lock ourselves out of the house in the first hour! He answered my call right away and helped us navigate getting into the house. Great location and close to town

Beautiful clean, well maintained house in quite central location to town and Acadia National Forest. Could not have worked out better for us!

Would definitely stay here again if going to Bar Harbor. The house was very accommodating for visiting with family and an easy drive to downtown.

Everything as represented. Very nice kitchen and outdoors area. Great location to the downtown Bar Harbor area as well as the Village Green where a tram will take you into Acadia National Park in about five minutes. One block from Parson’s, the best fresh seafood market on Mt. Desert Island.
